Hello Hot Tub people!

We are interested to know how much the current energy price hike & costs influence your decision to book a hot tub.

We appreciate everyone doesnt have as much disposable income and cost of living has increased massively.

During Covid and most recently we have seen our costs rise, the price of Hot Tubs, spares and chemicals etc... We have decided to keep our prices the same.

We are currently looking into thermal covers to reduce energy cost / heat up / cool down time. Estimates are 40~50% reduction in cost but also increased performance in heating up.

Would this be something that our consumers would be interested in...?

We would really appreciate your input.

Lay-z Pump repairs

Customer contacted us who was having issues with a noisy pump. All indicators suggested a faulty pump impeller. Sure enough a fin on the impeller was broke and causing noise.

✔ Impeller replaced / upgraded
✔ All seals replaced
✔ Comprehensive descale

Pump now running 100% and will ensure plenty of happy hot tub time.

If you have a noisy, leaking or broke pump. Drop us a message. We can help avoid the costly replacement of a hot tub pump.

With so many people purchasing Hot Tubs recently we have had a lot of questions around repairs of the pump units.
