What can we say, but WOW!! We here at RockWich HQ are blown away by the generosity of the RockWich Family every year, and yet again you have surpassed previous records. So thank you to the awesome bands who donated a track to the RockWich 2023 Charity CD and gave merch for the raffle boxes, to the RockWich Family for purchasing the raffle tickets and of course, to our very own RockWich Raffle Fairy (butterfly) Mr Kevin Dodson for devoting his time and effort to collect for the raffle for us, we salute your sir.

**Long Post Alert**
Now the dust has settled, equipment packed away, aching and weary bones slightly rested & Witton Albion FC have their premises back, we would like to say THANK YOU!
Yet another highly successful RockWich Festival weekend came to a close and we couldn't do it without the amazing and constant support of the RockWich Family, old and new. Without you buying the tickets we couldn't pay the bands. Your awesome support over the years has helped us to earn and build a fantastic and trusted reputation. A reputation which means bands want to work with us to get in front of YOU!
A massive shout out and thanks to all the bands, musicians & artists who performed their heart & souls out throughout RockWich Unplugged and the RockWich main event. Your enthusiasm, professionalism and talent is simply out of this world!! Also thank you so much for donating a track to be used on the RockWich 2023 Charity CD.

Thank you to Mr Pete K Mally who brought his comedy genius to the RockWich Unplugged stage and also worked tirelessly through the whole weekend as our superb compere extraordinaire! You Sir, are a star and gent, thank you for making the smiles, giggles and LOL’s Sorry I can't tag you Pete!!
Thank you to all at Witton Albion F.C. for making us all feel so welcome, opening your doors, showers and practice pitches to us. The ground crew and Management Team making sure the RockWich Family had everything we needed. Kerry Pearce and the fantastic bar staff for keeping us all watered and service with a smile at all times – sorry we drank you dry! Debbie and the kitchen crew for providing top notch food throughout the weekend. I hope you’re ready for us in 2024!
Bailey Audio Systems and Nicholas Field Lights and Sound Services who managed the noise and lights throughout the weekend. A superb job gents – Thank You!
And finally, we (Mik & Colesia) would like to say a very special and resounding THANK YOU to the rest of the RockWich Festival Team, without whom the festival would not and could not go ahead.
Mik Matzen & Colesia Pryse – We have been dubbed Mr & Mrs RockWich, a badge we are VERY proud and humbled to wear. Poor Mik deserves a medal for working with me and putting up with my demands and highest expectations.
Sharon Cooke – Our second in command who manages the back stage area, keeping the bands in check and making sure they have everything they need.
Simon Cross & Rob Billingham working so hard with Mik & Sharon on the stage change overs, lifting and shifting equipment and helping the bands to load in and out.
Lisa Billingham – Head of media and press for RockWich Festival, managing the photographers and reviewers who want to cover the event.
Joanne Embury & Thomas Robocop Lees – Management of camping area, customer liaisons, making sure people are safe, know where they can and can’t go and ensuring everyone has a fantastic time.
Kevin Dodson - RockWich Festival Raffle Fairy (or Butterfly this year). You work wonders selling the raffle tickets for us and we are so pleased to welcome you to the RockWich Team. on behalf of the charities we have collected for over the years, and the future charities - THANK YOU so much!!
Again, without any of you RockWich could not function in the way it does and we THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts that you are on this journey with us and share our passion and vision for RockWich Festival.
Think I’ve probably waffled on enough. All that remains to say is THANK YOU to everyone, and same time again next year??????

THIS TIME NEXT WEEK WE'LL BE SMACK BANG IN THE MIDDLE OF THE MAIN EVENT!! HOW VERY EXCITING!!!
Some of you eagle-eyed beauties will notice that Just A Ride are no longer playing the Unplugged acoustic event.... Please don't worry we still have an evening of awesome musical talent to tickle your tastebuds, along with the amazing comedy genius that is Mr Pete K Mally who will be tickling your funny bones!! (Not literally as I'm sure there's a law against that kind of thing, without consent).
Have we ever let you down????
