The Costessey Fete 2025 is looking for exciting groups to fill a couple of final display slots on Saturday 20th and Sunday 21st September

Whether it's high kicks, flips, rhythm, power or passion – we want to see what YOU can bring to our main arena! In return, we’re offering a FREE pitch to help you promote your group, gain new members, or even fundraise for your cause!

One of the things that makes Costessey Fete truly special is how we celebrate everything local to Norfolk — and that includes our massive FUNFAIR, brought to you by none other than L Gray & Sons! 🎠💫

Yes, you could trek to a huge theme park or wait for a travelling funfair… but why not keep it local? L Gray & Sons have been delighting families across Norfolk for generations — in fact, they’ve been in the business longer than I’ve been alive! 😄

This isn’t just about rides (although we’ve got plenty — check out the pics below👇), it’s about supporting hundreds of local Norfolk businesses. Every ticket, snack, and ride helps strengthen our local community. 💚

And the best part? NO £5-a-ride nonsense here! 🙅‍♂️ We’ve made sure all rides are priced as affordably as possible so everyone can join in the fun without breaking the bank.

We’re thrilled to announce that Costessey Fete 2025 is almost fully booked! 🎉
But we still have a few limited stallholder spaces available for the whole weekend — and we’d love to hear from YOU if you’re a maker, grower, or artisan!

🌿 We’re especially keen to find:
🌸 Flower & Plant stalls
🪵 Chopping boards & handcrafted woodwork
🧼 Artisan & handmade goods
🍎 Fresh juices & produce
🍝 Pastas, oils, and cooking products

✅ We’re also open to other unique and quality stalls — but please note:
🚫 We are not accepting stalls offering hot food, ice cream, cakes, bakes, wax melts, or 3D printed items.
