We are absolutely delighted to welcome you back as sponsors of the Community Festival (formerly the Costessey Fete & Fayre) — a partnership that now spans over 10 years of incredible support! Your commitment and generosity have played a vital role in making our award-winning event what it is today — inclusive, vibrant, and full of community spirit.

🔥 STALL BOOKINGS ARE BACK — AND THEY’RE FLYING IN! ⚡

We’ve only just opened bookings, and our inbox is already on fire! 💥

First out the gate (and at lightning speed!) is The Durban Grill — they literally received the booking form, filled it in, and sent it back before we could say “buffalo burger!” 🦬👏

These legends will be serving up authentic South African street food, including:
🍔 Buffalo Burgers
🍗 Chicken Bunny Cow (…we’re still figuring out what that is, but it sounds deliciously mysterious 🤔)
🧀 Grilled Halloumi
🌭 African Boerewors
…and so much more mouthwatering goodness!

We can’t wait to have them sizzling away at the event. 🔥

🎪 STALL HOLDER UPDATE! 🎪

Well… it’s official — myself and Alisha have earned our email answering badges today! 💪📧

After several cups of tea ☕ (and maybe one or two biscuits for survival 🍪), we’ve managed to send out 87 booking forms TODAY ALONE!

That’s right — 87! And with only 200 stalls available per day, things are filling up faster than we can refresh our inbox! 😅

So if you’ve been thinking about joining us at Costessey Fete, now’s the time to pop us an email before it’s too late!

🎉 Costessey Fete 2026 – Bookings Now Open! 🎉

We’re excited to announce that bookings for the Costessey Fete 2026 are officially open! 🙌

If you’re a stallholder – whether you sell jewellery, cakes, fudge, 3D crafts, clothes, or anything else – now’s the time to get in touch! 🛍️

🍔 Food traders, we want to hear from you too! Spaces are always in high demand, so don’t wait around.

This year’s fete is going to be bigger and better than ever, and we can’t wait to see everyone there! 🎪

We’re currently working through all the emails we’ve received so far to send out more information and booking forms – so if you haven’t yet, get in touch quickly before all the spots sell out!

🌟 Apology & Booking Update 🌟

Hello everyone! 👋

I realised that I’d said bookings would open on 1st November, but I completely forgot that falls on a weekend — my mistake! 🙈

Bookings will now officially open tomorrow (Monday).
Everyone who has already emailed

[email protected]

will be sent all the booking information and forms as soon as we go live.

We’ll also be emailing all our 2025 stallholders to see if they’d like to return for next year’s event, so you might receive a couple of messages from us — apologies in advance for any overlap!

I’ve tried to simplify the booking forms this year to make things easier for everyone.

Here’s hoping 2026 brings us a little less wind and a bit more sunshine — but whatever the weather, no one can say we don’t put on a smashing event! ☀️🎪

🎉 The Costessey Fete Returns – May 2nd & 3rd, 2026! 🎉

We’re thrilled to announce that the Costessey Fete will be back next year on Saturday 2nd and Sunday 3rd May 2026 – and yes, it’s a Bank Holiday weekend! 🌞

📍 Same great venue area – but with a refreshed internal layout!
Expect a fantastic mix of new attractions, returning favourites, and an exciting new format to keep things fresh for everyone.

💰 New Entry Pricing Structure:
We’re introducing a revised pricing system designed to help those who want to support us in advance — more details will follow soon!
