Just to make people aware that deposits are non refundable
This means if you send a deposit and then cancel your party you will lose your deposit,
This doesn't mean you can get it back if you cancel within a few weeks, This doesn't mean you will get it back if you threaten our business with being rip offs and with reporting us to your bank or trading standards, unfortunately deposits are there for a reason 😊

Also on our packages it states we set up the room for you, this does not mean we provide decorations, it means we set up the tables and chairs as most venues don't have these set out when you hire the room. We are more than happy to help set up your own decorations all you need to do is ask 😀

We do set up the food table with table cloths

We also provide paper plates and Napkins if you choose our buffet option 😊 which comes in boxes that we set out for you, we even personalise the boxes with stickers to match your theme 😀

If you choose our donut wall and sweet cones option and decide to provide your own buffet then you will need to provide your own paper plates and napkins
