It’s Peony season!!! Here for just a few weeks so if you love peonies as much as we do then don’t miss out! We will be in West Bridgford on Saturday 3 June at on Central Avenue with a range of beautiful peonies. Big shout out to Zoe Ball, Jo Wiley and BBC Radio 2 for highlighting that today is actually National Carnation Day (well in the US anyway…apparently it is in honour of William McKinley, the 25th president of the Unites States. This got me thinking. Do you love or loathe carnations? We recently used carnations in our vases for the first time including this pale yellow carnation with a delicate hint of pink. What do you think of carnations? We would love to know.

Who knew a vase of our flowers can do so much –
They look amazing (obviously!)
They smell fantastic (the scented narcissi in this weeks flowers are amazing)
They make you feel happier (that’s the dopamine hit)
They help you destress (reducing your cortisol)
AND they help you focus and concentrate (that’s c/o the rosemary in this weeks flowers).
So if you work from home or just love having gorgeous flowers at home then we are for you.
Oh and by the way we are doing good for the planet as all our flowers this week are 100% English grown.
