There’s ceremony in everything.
I don’t celebrate Easter in it’s true biblical sense.
Im not religious.
I do however believe that life is too short to not celebrate whenever and whatever we can and so every year at Easter time I eat more chocolate than normal and I buy my kid’s chocolate eggs.
I prepare a big meal for my family to enjoy and we spend the day together relaxing, watching movies and doing crafty things 🐰🪺 🌸
I celebrate in my heart and mind that it is warmer and lighter outside because I struggle in the darker months and in recent years I’ve taken time to do the last minutes bits of prep for wedding season.
Whatever this weekend looks like for you, I wish you love and light 🌸

This is gonna be a rollercoaster of emotion!!!
Andy & Donna. If anyone deserves a perfect special day it’s these two!
Not only are they the most loving, hardworking, amazing parents and step parents but man , they have been through it at times , and so it is my absolute honour to be able to give them the ceremony they absolutely deserve!
I have grown up with Andy, and together with the gorgeous Donna they are an incredible team!!
I’ve seen their children grow and thrive over the years and I can’t wait to join them in celebrating this union officially!!!
Bring it on guys!!! ♥️♥️♥️ jones_

“WHO WANTS TO HAVE A WEDDING??!!”
Was exactly what I shouted through to the gorgeous dressing room to and her dream team last week.
What a day it was!!
This picture just captures not only happiness in that instant but the knowing of years of past heartache and change and planning and excitement and growth and arriving to that very spot.
If I can, I will always come and find you before the main event and give you a big ‘this is gonna be bloody amazing and you deserve it god damn it’ hug!

I will remind and reassure you that you have nothing to do but show up.

You have nothing to remember but your breath.

And you have nothing to worry about because I have all the words, poems, readings, vows, props and tissues we need!!
I’ve checked the ring bearer has the rings and that your fiancé is as calm as a slightly calm cucumber!!

And all this is pretty much happening at least an hour and a half before go time!

I’ll be warming up in the ceremony space and welcoming your family and friends (see if they can dish any dirt haha) just kidding… or am I??? 😆

If you’re arriving at your venue ready to go then you’ll have at least 5 What’s apps with 7 different gifs, just to let you know I’m ready for you.

I really mean it ☺️

Lucy and Richard’s Vow Renewal back in May.
They had already had their wedding last year but under covid restrictions and really wanted to have the chance to celebrate with everyone special to them.
Their chosen venue was which has such a quirky relaxed vibe and as Lucy and Richard had already exchanged rings we decided that ‘tying the knot’ would be a fun and special way of dealing the deal!
The lovely couple made this gorgeous chord from materials matching their colour scheme and included colours from their home and Lucys 30th birthday.
It really represented the union of their past, present and future!
I had the pleasure of working alongside the very talented who took these amazing pictures ♥️
They had some hilarious stories to tell and the personal vows even had me welling up!

So my Easter Sunday night was spent writing a sand mixing ceremony for A&C and I’m sooo excited about it!
This couple have such a beautiful relationship with both sets of parents and they will be joining in the fun along with A&C’s gorgeous little girlies.
On their special day they will blend the different colours of sand together symbolizing the union of the two families into one.
All that they were, all that they are, all that they will be ♥️
