‼️Polite notice‼️

From 06/10/2023 all customers will be asked to sign a disclaimer on both delivery and collection. This is too explain that once the balloons are handed over to yourself then they are out of our care. Please be mindful that balloons are very fragile and can be easily damaged if not handled with care.

If any damaged happens in transport then we will take full responsibility and offer either a replacement balloon or partial refund.

However , if balloons are damaged after delivery or collection we as a company are not responsible for any damage. We could offer a replacement balloon at a discounted price to cover the cost of materials.

Please note all balloons are blow up and left to set 2+ hours prior to delivery or collection to allow us to see if they are any damages to the balloons.

I hope you all understand and we thank each and everyone of you for your amazing custom.
