The Gardeners Arms is renowned for hosting Oxfords best steampunk nights.

From humble beginnings in the back room of the pub, we have now branched out into bigger venues to accommodate the increasing demand for our steampunk spectaculars. The audience are encouraged to attend in their best steampunk regalia to enjoy an evening of Victorian sci-fi and great live entertainment - from chap hop to rock to electro swing and comedy, the nights are always a fantastic blend of

the spectacular and the silly. The events are hosted by our very own Zeppelin commander - Captain KuppaT and his splendid Zeppelin crew, who treat guests to acapella renditions of popular classics with a steampunk twist. If you enjoy great music and cabaret, chap hop disco, splendid costume and are not averse to the weird and wonderful it's well worth a look in - you might make some new friends and discover a whole new world of fun and music. Yo ho ho! All sold out for Saturday with our “Steampunk all at Sea” with the wonderful Professor Elemental . If you haven’t been here before PLEASE NOTE: we are the Gardeners Arms PLANTATION ROAD NOT THE OTHER ONE ON NORTH PARADE!!!
Doors 8:30 just show your verification as a ticket the music will start at 9!
If you are after food beforehand please note it’s likely to be busy from 7 (there can be an hour or more wait at really busy times)so best to order early or else you risk missing some of the show.

Not long to go now til the marvellous chap that is Professor Elemental graces us with his masterful flow - very excited! Pirate steampunk or whatever you prefer is the theme if you want to join in with the costume fun. Places are limited so don’t wait to the last minute if you want to come just in case! The Captain will be deploying his sea shanty corps for the event in February! Squeeze box mayhem may ensue.

Buckle your swashes and hoist your Jolly Roger’s! This year’s Steampunk event has a piratey theme. Join us on the 3rd of February for Professor Elemental , Captain Kuppa T & the Zeppelin Crew and some shanty fun.
You don’t have to come in costume but it is most welcome if you do- steampunk, pirate, mixture of both or whatever you like!!
