To celebrate British Flowers Week we are opening the farm this Sunday morning for a pick your own session. We will show you around the farm and then give you a bucket and leave you to get picking.
šWednesday - Make your own bouquet
On Wednesday early evening we will teach you how to make your own spiral hand-tied bouquet.
šThursday - Farm tour
We will give a tour of the farm and share the tips and tricks we use to grow beautiful, healthy flowers with long, strong stems. We will talk about the importance of growing sustainable flowers and how we make our own compost and feed the soil, which in turn feeds the plants. We will also show you how we grow our plants from seeds and obtain enough flowers to have the fields full of blooms from April until October.

What is special about British Flowers? Well, we love them because they have wonderful shapes and movement and so they give a loose, natural feel to arrangements. They are also full of scent. And, importantly, they have a low carbon footprint than imported flowers.
