We are a contemporary original art pop up gallery, hosting events numerous times a year, where affor I hope you enjoy looking through my Facebook gallery.

I lived in London for nearly 10 years and was able to find and buy an abundance of amazing original art at affordable prices; however, when I moved to Buckinghamshire I found it really difficult to find any good quality fine art that wasn't in a high end gallery and out of my price range. I think there are some amazing artists in Buckinghamshire and Greater London that so many people aren't aware

of. Instead of buying something beautiful with texture and captured on canvas, it's far easier to find and buy a print from IKEA or John Lewis. I'm hoping to make a small change in that purchase process and encourage people to think about original art as an option, as there's a misconception that it's cheaper to buy prints rather than originals when this isn't always the case. I have lots of prints and love them, but having an original painting that no one else has that reminds me of a holiday, a person dear to my heart or a colourful landscape makes me smile and I believe transforms a room and in turn makes a home or workplace truly special. I felt so passionately about original art and the lack of access to wonderful local artists I decided to launch Vincent & Green. At present we run art exhibitions a couple of times a year in the Beaconsfield, Penn and Gerrards Cross area. The next one is the weekend of the 9th September in Beaconsfield. I also have a gallery at home which anyone is welcome to visit by appointment and of course paintings can be purchased via my page. From artists shortlisted for the BP Portrait Award to those who are regulars at prestigious exhibitions like the Affordable Art Fair and galleries such as London's Cork Street, you will find them at Vincent & Green. However, new talent presents itself all the time and we are very much about exhibiting those who don't work with high end galleries, haven't had a chance to show their work in a public arena and are trying to get established. It’s your last chance to visit some Bucks Open Studios this weekend, so why not take in the beautiful countryside and follow an art trail. Trails can be found via - bucksartweeks.org.uk

Tip - be sure to check opening times/ dates before setting off as some exhibitions finished last weekend e.g. St Dunstan’s and the collective at Holy Trinity, Penn Street.

We managed to get to St Dunstan’s last Sunday and swiftly snapped up this print (image 1) by .art. We can’t wait to share where it lands, the colours are so sharp and vibrant they’ll really help shape a kitchen renovation we are planning.

There was a tiny opportunity to nip to Obsidian Art Gallery on our way back home. Their doors will remain open beyond BAW, but we’d urge you to pay them a visit sooner rather than later, as they have some stunning collections. Including the supremely talented (image 2). To our delight whilst there we also found a tea towel with our Mini Schnauzer on it, so had to buy a couple of those (3) .am.melc

Our last but not least BAW purchase was by (4). It was a love at first sight/can’t leave without you moment, mesmerised by the colours, and another reno inspo piece...

Last weekend we discovered a new gem, exhibiting at Wycombe Arts Centre with other artists including whose collection also caught our eye (we loved the Stormtrooper)!

If you like abstract paintings you’ll be obsessed after this studio visit. Chris Sims is hosting a solo exhibition ...warning though, you will want to buy more than you can carry!

We are heading out ourselves this weekend before it’s a sea of red dots and would love to hear who you think is worth a visit!?

This beautiful print of Laburnum Tunnel by Sue Graham fits right in at it’s stunning new home in Cookham. The wall is so big that it’s hard to tell the print ordered is a whopping 80x80cm.

Delighted with this surprise commission of our little family. This is us in one of our favourite places.

We don't often all like the same thing but this got a 👍🏻 and a 🐾 from everyone. Spotting all of our loves like the rugby balls and Grandma's hat and shoes brought huge smiles (and a few tears).

Wendy created this from emailed photos, she never met anyone. She can put your special people in any special place.

Gutted none of it could fit in our suitcases!! 🇪🇸 Pottery, sculptures and paintings galore, well worth a visit if you find yourself there ♥️

Big shout out to all that attended our Friday event a few weeks ago it was a wonderful evening and raised over £700 for our chosen charity, Food for the Hungry.

Over the last 2 years the £3500 we’ve helped raise has been utilised in projects that build resilience so that children; families and communities can flourish.

You will see; teachers and children being introduced to a successful ‘Let’s Learn to Read’ project; new classrooms have been built and new farming techniques are being taught to increase crops and reduce malnutrition.

Couldn’t have done it without the generosity of our amazing artists; Godwin or all of you. We appreciate each and every one of you xx

Thank you so much Cath for beautifully framing Sue Graham’s majestic prints, it is our honour to have them on display this weekend.

Sue was immensely talented and one of the first artists we convinced to let us show her creations. We’re glad she did as she was a hit on our opening night, selling out of practically everything. We have never exhibited without Sue and are pleased we don’t have to start now. We are humbled and grateful to her family for allowing us to continue to share her beautiful work.

Top Tip - Do you have a small room and want to make it look bigger?

Hanging pictures opposite a large mirror can create a magical illusion. It represents layers of images, making the room appear larger, and creates an exciting feature.

It is with great sadness we are sharing the news that Rosina Flower passed away on the 6th September 2023. She was an absolute treasure and we will miss her tremendously. We send our love to Laura and her family. Laura, you did your mum proud with your care, there is no greater gift you could have given her x

Anyone who was fortunate enough to meet Rosina would agree she was a character, bursting with enthusiasm about her craft and the creations of other artists. A thoughtful friend who got behind us from our first exhibition, her support unwavering.

Rosina, you were an immense talent, spending a lifetime doing something you loved, happiest when people chose your paintings to hang in their homes. The coolest paintings. A true legend. So this tribute's for you, from your Fanclub xx

I have just been to 'Freedom' exhibition, where the colours are so fresh and vibrant. Probably because the collection is based around freedom! 💚

The show is only on for 2 weeks and all profits from the art sales are going to a local charity raising vital funds and awareness for a rare

Many talented Bucks artists are on display, so swing by as soon as you can, before everything has gone (Tuesday-Saturday, 9am-5pm).

I bagged myself this exquisite blue vase by whose work I hadn't seen before, my first purchase of 2022😍

This weather is glorious and luring me in to believing summer is just around the corner 🤣 A flurry of messages from West Wales arrived last night, capturing beautiful sunshine and sunsets 🌅 soooo jealous!!

Have you ever been? Its stunning coastal scenery is framed by solitary lighthouses, pretty harbours, dramatic cliffs and waves...it's well worth a visit!

is exceptionally clever at capturing the most stunning coastal views. Painted on 30cm x 30cm board, the collection I have in Penn includes St Ives, Porthgain, Barafundle to name a few...

This is our tribute to the lovely Sue Graham, who passed away on the 16th January 2022. Sue was a unique and exceptionally talented artist who brushed with fairy dust and mesmerised all...

Getting in to the Christmas spirit here at V&G HQ…..the decs are going up!! I have collected Christmas decorations since I was a little girl, there is something wonderful about opening a box full of mementos and reminiscing.

There are some Christmas decorations that never come down in our house like our giant star from and wooden painted doves from a maker (bought a few years ago) our fair lights are so pretty they too remain in our lanterns all year now too!

There are so many local makers who’ve been busy making fantastic festive creations, we love our tree pigs from and wreath and bulb basket from Our tree wouldn’t be complete without our robin.

Reindeer heads similar to ours can be found who are a group of makers selling in their high street stores in Windsor, Maidenhead and Wycombe.

I got the Scandinavian wooden reindeer at this year, I struggle not to buy something to add to our collection every year…it’s a problem 🤣

Anyway it’s a huge MERRY Christmas from us and East 17 🎶 🎅🏻 🔔

Thanks to all of our lovely visitors so far, it’s been so nice to talk art face to face again...most of you have been so surprised by how much better paintings look when seen in person....I agree, I always think my posts never do them justice!

If like me you feel the same about trying perfume and jewellery then today is your day, we have joining us with their niche perfume and home fragrance (closest stockists are Fortnums and Fenwicks) and with her ahead of trend jewellery...could be a bad day for my bank account😬

The super talented Ash from will have her stunning wreaths and bulb baskets on sale to bring natural art to your front door and rooms indoors when they flower in the new year!

Stylist to the stars is going to have a collection of sustainable hand made clothing including blouses, skirts and PJs, which I’m particularly excited about!!

And finally, if you are a cat or dog lover or know someone that is .am.melc will have some wonderful gifts and stocking fillers for you.

Don’t be shy, we have fizz, mince pies and Micky Bubbles keeping us company from 10am – 4pm so come and join the party xx

The kilns are cooling….the earrings are boxed….watercolours are cellophane wrapped and browser ready….it can only mean one thing…. Beaconsfield Artists and Artisans Christmas Fair 2021, it’s showtime!!

What a bloomin awesome display of work we have in store for you, so much talent in one room....beyond excited about this exhibition and this collective of artists.

No photograph will ever do these paintings justice, they’re just best seen in the flesh! We have 14 artists on display, so there is a broad range.
