Peacefully passed away, in the tender care of Cornhill Macmillan Centre, Perth, on Friday 24th October 2025, David Boag McBlain, aged 81 years. Much loved and devoted husband of Catherine of nearly 60 years, dearly loved dad of Brenda and Sally, loving and proud grandad of Ryan, Lisa, Ewan, Ellie, Jake and their partners Katie, Zoe and Sean. Loved great-grandad of Noah and Cristian. Dearly loved father-in-law of Bob, brother-in-law, uncle and good friend to many who will be dearly missed by all. Funeral on Tuesday 4th November service in Perth Crematorium at 11.00am to which all family and friends are invited. No flowers please. James McEwan and Son were again happy to sponsor our local cricket team, pictured is partner Billy Pennycook and his nephew Rory Pennycook (Perth vice captain) at a match between Perth and the MCC to celebrate 100 years of cricket at Doocot Park, fantastic weather and game to match the occasion.
