Sometimes you just have time to put a pizza in the oven for dinner to feed your hungry family … but first you have to jazz it up!!
I added some pickled red cabbage , extra sweetcorn and leftover chicken to a veggie pizza and some extra cheese & garlic to the other. I then brought these store bought pizzas to life with some hot sauce and this added so much flavour! I just used a little and it went a long way. So easy to turn a low cost supermarket pizza into a delicious dish. It was scrumptious and a mere fraction of a pizza delivery (and tasted so much better).

Private dinner party in Cambridgeshire last night. It was a pleasure to cook for this lovely dinner party, at their home.
I also served canapés for the children at the beginning of the eve : fruit cups in colourful unicorn cupcake cases, flower shaped cucumber & cheese sandwiches (a little nod to Her Majesty and the Jubilee celebrations 👑) and little custard pastries with a few colourful sprinkles.

The grown ups enjoyed a bespoke menu with a range of flavours. The dishes are served freshly made and beautifully presented. My assistant, Louise, and I make sure that everyone sits back, enjoys their meal, has a lovely evening and we take care of the rest.

🥂It is an absolute privilege and very exciting to hold our May ‘ 22 Cambridgeshire Supper Club at the prestigious GURKHA DURBAAR.
