Today would have been my sister, Senga's 70th birthday. I'm not going to wish her a 'happy heavenly birthday' or anything like that, because I'm angry. I am angry that she has gone too soon, 6 years ago. I'm angry that we didn't know anything about oesophageal cancer, the signs and the symptoms.
She was a very private person and didn't share with family or friends that she had cancer - her cancer her way.
I am doing this fundraiser for Ochre, in her memory. If you can donate, please do. If you can't, then do something to be kind, to yourself or to someone else, in her memory.

Today is Transgender Day of Remembrance, a day we ‘shouldn’t’ have to have because it is a day when we stop to remember and honour the lives of trans and gender-diverse people reported murdered during the year.
The FPC and it’s members are committed to honouring & respecting diversity of all kinds, to continued understanding and learning, and to providing loving personalised ceremonies of all kinds for trans and gender variant people.

Today we remember and we honour the lives lost and we stand shoulder to shoulder with those committed to wiping out such prejudice, violence and hated.

Long time no post! So here I am today on a 4 mile walk around Burrator Reservoir. I experienced spring, summer and autumnal weather, but the views were truly gorgeous 💖

A snippet of my day today. My first wedding, and I could not be more happy or proud to be the celebrant for this wonderful couple. The wedding was celebrated at Mount Edgcumbe Country House, a fabulous venue 💕
