It’s been a busy summer here at Lovely Weddings….it wasn’t that many years ago that September and October would see a lot less weddings and events and I’d be able to catch my breath a little but not any more! Autumn has been super busy and I’m also in full Christmas mode with lots of planning for Christmas decoration installations 🎄

This is a lovely wedding from last weekend at Crowne Plaza Leeds with white chair covers and gold organza bows 😍

Expanding on our range of napkins, I now have cheesecloth napkins in a range of colours including terracotta, sage green and periwinkle blue. These can be hired DIY or with our full set ups and are the perfect addition to cheesecloth runners.

A nice simple setup at Crowne Plaza Leeds today for their wedding fayre, with n**e satin sashes, sage green cheese cloth runners and candles with eucalyptus. Sometimes less is more!

The refurb at Mercure York Fairfield Manor Hotel is now pretty much complete and wow, what a difference! For this years Christmas decor we went for white, silver, gold and black with a gorgeous 12ft tree, hanging snowflakes, garlands and 200m of lights around the pillars! Each pillar has 2000 LED bulbs and I absolutely love how they turned out!

The Parkside Suite function room has also been refurbed and is looking amazing - if you’re on the hunt for a venue for your wedding or event this is a beautiful place to choose 🙂
