It is with an extremely heavy heart that I am writing this post.

I am closing my business, Vintage Statement Prop and Scenery Hire Ltd with, with immediate effect.

The last thing I wanted to do is to let down any clients.

If there are other wedding event hire business who may be able to assist my remaining clients with decor for 2022, please tag yourselves here.

Also, I have lots of items for sale, some brand new. If anyone is interested please let me know.

EMBRACING NATURE// There are an increasing number of outdoorsy couples who love being surrounded by nature and want to hold their wedding ceremony in a location they feel comfortable.

A woodland wedding can be so magical and very romantic, combining love and nature; being surrounded by beautiful trees in a peaceful and secluded setting; the perfect location for you to declare your love and commitment to each other.

Or perhaps you are drawn to holding your wedding ceremony on the beach to the sound of the gentle lapping of waves and the rugged coastline behind you; there are many amazing wedding venues located by the sea.

It's worth bearing in mind that there are very few opportunities to be legally married on a UK beach, but with a Celebrant, you can hold your wedding ceremony absolutely anywhere, just as long as you have the land owner's permission!

25 years ago to this day I met my amazing husband, best friend and soul mate, on holiday in Faliraki, Rhodes. I was a student from Cambridge and Chris a delivery driver from Pontypridd. A real sliding doors moment! Who would have thought!

BEST NEWS EVER! Literally bouncing to hear the news that The Barn at West Farm WILL be a wedding venue again(now known as West Farm Southerndown Coastal Retreat).
