WREATH SEASON IS HERE AND I LOVE IT!! ✂️🍂

So excited to say we are joining forces with Wimborne's fabulous newest addition this Christmas and bringing the festive fun to town!!

Monday 2nd December we will be hosting a luxurious wreath workshop of course with a side of mulled wine, mince pies and a selection of the most delicious cakes around. All you have to do is bring your lovely selves - be prepared for some top notch Bublé singing and a lot of laughter! Who's down for some Christmas creativity with us and learn how to make your own luxury wreath from scratch?!

Before the bouquets get their moment - we always recommend emptying the water from the jars they arrive in 20 minutes before the bridal party head to the ceremony to avoid any drips on the dresses! So whilst all the gorgeous girls of beautiful .elizabeth_ bridal gang are having their photos taken, these beauties are preparing for the spotlight!

The workbench has been full and so has my flowery heart!

A great big THANK YOU for all your Mothers day orders this year - it has been nothing but pure joy sharing the love of flowers with all your beautiful Mummas. It really does mean so much to a small business - your support and kind words mean the world.

The language of flowers is a special one, just like all those wonderful wonderful Mummas and Mother figures in our lives. Sending extra love to the ones that need an extra squeeze, mother's day can be a toughie for some.

Once again, I am beyond lucky to have such a selfless family that goes above and beyond in supporting the business and playing their part in ume's success. Forever grateful.

The biggest thank you to each and everyone of you that has attended a workshop or placed a bespoke order - it means so much more than you'll ever know to a small business, especially around Christmas time.

Sharing the Christmas spirit, watching all the wreaths come together and kick starting the festive fun has been nothing but pure joy!

Another almighty thank you goes to my wonderful parents - they really have been the backbone behind this season and have given so much of their time to help make these last few weeks a success. Cutting foliage, clearing up after workshops, delivery drivers, lugging boxes of greenery, mince pies and mulled wine. The last wreath made of the season goes to them as a great big thank you for all that they do to support my flower journey. Thanks Mum and Dad, I really am so lucky ♥️

The face of concentration and the face behind the flowers!

For any newbies around here, I'm Jess, the proud owner of ume. My journey with florals was ignited from my magical time of living and dancing in Japan.

Connecting through creative art is what I adore and I feel super lucky to have been able to attend a gorgeous late summer workshop hosted by the wonderful .
To spend the day with other like minded creatives filled me with such joy and warmth. All captured so perfectly by .

After a little trip to Greece to recoup and refuel, we are back home and back to all things floral!

Even though the autumn vibes are creeping in, I'm sat here looking back over such an epic summer of beautiful beautiful couples, awesome vibes and all the floral fun we had together.

Pop up 🌿

Over the weekend the wonderful @thethirstybirdwimborne gave Fossey's Flowers a pop up opportunity. The support, comments, SELL OUT, and kind words has been totally overwhelming. Thank you @georgieboyd91 for being so beautifully kind and allowing me to use your space in order to share the flower power. It was so great to see old and new faces, feel the buzz of Wimborne and be surrounded by such wonderful people. Wimborne is a town filled with small businesses supporting small businesses and I feel honoured to have experienced the local support first hand. Thank you again to you all for making the weekend such a success. I'm unbelievably appreciative to all those around me that made Saturday possible. 💚🌿 Ps. Thanks for being my biggest fan @albeybrookes. You're a treasure.
