For all those who don’t know the face behind Dynamic Ceramic I would like to introduce myself & tell you all a little bit about me & what I do 🙂
I’m Laura & I started the business a few years ago to help others share fun, affordable memories with their favour little humans. Whilst being a single parent to my daughter & fury baby, paying a mortgage etc alongside my full time role as a TA in a college, it just wasn’t quite enough. I’ve always worked hard to provide the best memories for my girl & when it came to arts & crafts what she spends hours doing I soon realised these things can become expensive, especially if you want something personalised. I put my head into action & came up with Dynamic Ceramic. I have made a few creations along the way (& failed at times too) everything from the Santa poems, putting paint in pots to moulding the ceramic is all done by myself, all made with a little bit of love.
I needed to push myself further which was 2 years ago when I was successful in securing a role as a tutor & got a place on a level 5 teaching diploma where I had to attend college one evening a week researching, studying, & writing essays 3/4 evenings a week on top of everything else. Yesterday I graduated. I could not have done this without the help of my daughter, family, friends & partner. Believe me there was a few times during the past 2 years where I’ve very nearly chucked the towel in & been in tears at breaking point but with a bit of determination & a positive attitude I came out the other side.
Not only has your custom helped me pay my bills on a rainy day but it has also helped me support others, & I was able to have a few nice days out with my daughter who makes it all worth while.
If there’s something you want to do go for it! I was that person 2 years ago sat in a room with a bunch of strangers not a clue how to write an essay on top of running a business, a full time job, home, & a relationship. Balance is key. My inbox is always open if anyone is struggling or not sure how/where to start something. I wouldn’t of got here today if it wasn’t for just a few kind words from others. Thank you 🙏🏽☺️👩‍🎓

Happy Easter to all you beautiful people! I hope you all have a lovely day making memories with the ones you love. A big thank you again to all who ordered, shared & spoke about my business it’s been my busiest time to date. I moulded around 1400 letters, 950 Easter ceramics & that was just the basics. My little helper Harlow was a god send when putting the boxes together and helping with the deliveries/collections 🐥

This!! From my Christmas orders you all helped me pay towards my daughter’s birthday party & we have a few nice days booked in over Easter thanks to all of your lovely orders 🙂
Everything I make is handmade which I put 5 hours+ of my day into around working full time as a tutor, studying my level 5 teaching diploma & most importantly raising my daughter & dog. 2 years ago my mental health took a plummet for the worst after going through a traumatic experience… whatever your situation BELIEVE in yourself & do it for YOU!
