Deposits 💴

🩷 We require a 50% deposit for any order we take. These deposits are none refundable if you cancel the order.
This is knocked off the full payment.

🩷 We are very limited on the amount of orders we can take due to working full-time. A booking will only be confirmed once the deposit has been received, without a deposit your order will not be confirmed and we are booking up fast, so to secure your date ASAP.

🩷 Making bespoke balloons takes time- and it is very disappointing making a product, with supplies that cost money, as well as our time and effort that goes into it all for none collections or a cancellation when we have already made an order.
