I spent some time thinking about this yesterday, as I deep cleaned following a wedding...
As a business owner within hospitality, do you know your target market? Your target customer?
Do you know what problem it is you, your business, solve for those people, or that audience?
I often come across people who haven't drilled down on that, who aren't crystal clear on just who it is they're wanting to be of service to, and just what problem it is they solve, which means they often end up attempting to spin too many plates.
You can do multiple things well, or you can do fewer things amazingly. Where do you stand? Where does your business stand?

Life is hard. I know that. So many things are sent to test us and it never seems to stops.
But one thing I’ve learnt for sure is that when I go out into the world and LIVE, when I turn up in my purpose and WORK and when I do the difficult thing in PRACTISING for the next level, things start to flow with a lot more grace.
I am reminded always that when we do the hard thing and honour what we know is right in our hearts, we live an easier life. When we bow away from the calling and let the conditioning of life keep us in hiding, life seems to get harder.
This life is all about showing up as you, in your truest potential.
And that is never a done thing. It’s a constant journey of trust, practice, and iced mocha's.
