I was hoping for a sunrise photo for our final day, but doesn’t look like it’s going to happen so here’s 1 of my favourites from the last 18 months. Those 18 months have flown by, and weve got to know all you lovely people, but it’s time to move on, our new site is at Pelean cross, so it’s not a million miles away, so hopefully well see you all there next year. Back to today, we’ve got caramalised red onion sausages, bubble and squeak, peas and a rich onion gravy with a Yorkshire pudding and fresh blueberry muffins, along with (nearly) everything else, we’re running stock down so may be out of a few things, but we’re here untill 4pm, and if we don’t see you today, have a great winter, and we’ll be back for Easter or earlier, next year, new site, new ideas! Again, not the view from the hideaway, but a cracking view non the less, if your wondering it’s Hayle river mouth at dusk!
Today’s treat is chicken tikka skewers, basmati rice and naan bread smothered in our tikka sauce, delicious with a beer. The cabinet is chock full and we’re here untill 6pm, 2 days left to get your donut card filled for this year.😁

So the eagle eyed among you will notice that the photo isn’t the view from the farm, it was on my way home last night, and it’s too nice not to share! Back to business and on our last weekend here 😔 we’ve got favourites, Philly cheese steak and salted caramel and honeycomb donuts alongside everything else, and we’re here untill 6 tonight.

So on this spookiest of days, we’ve got all the sugar rush you’ll need😁 super squidgy biscoff brownie, and lots of donuts, we’ve got homemade lemon curd, local jam and biscoff in the cabinet today and we’re here untill 4. Our last weekend on the farm and we’ve got some of your favourite specials lined up, and news on the new site is upcoming very shortly!

So an extra hour in bed and we get a sunrise photo again, looks as though it’s going to be another cracker!
Chicken katsu, basmati rice and pickled cucumber is todays special, we’ve got jam and custard donuts, and we’re here until 4pm.

As promised more favourites today, our melt in the mouth belly pork strips, crispy fries and apple coleslaw, and because they sold out in record time yesterday, more apple crumble and custard donuts. If you’d like any of our cakes next week (our last week at the farm) then the deadline for orders is tomorrow, biscoff brownies, carrot cake muffins, Bakewell tart or flapjack, they’ll be available for collection on Wednesday.

So we’re firing on all cylinders this morning. 2 absolute favourites to tempt you today. Philly cheese steak and apple crumble and custard donuts, guaranteed to put a smile on your face (or is that the sugar rush!), got more favourites lined up for the rest of the weekend as well, so stay tuned. We’re here untill 6pm.

Feels like a burger kind of day, our homemade buns, 6oz beef patty, griddled cheese, pickles and juicy tomato ( I cant get used to the lettuce on top Im afraid!), or customise it any way you like, served with crispy fries, delicious. As usual the sweet cabinet is full and we’re here untill 4pm. Exciting news about a potential new site, we’ll keep you posted when everything is finalised😁.

So the first storm of the season is upon us and “Ashley” is making its presence felt, but our marquee is up to the job and we’re open for business as usual! We’ve got chicken tikka skewers on today, served with basmati rice, masala sauce and naan bread, the Coffees on and the donuts, as ever are fresh today, here until 4 this afternoon.

To try and inject a bit of sunshine, we’ve got our sticky ribs on special today, marinaded for 24 hours, cooked and finished on the griddle, with crispy fries and apple coleslaw, perfect with a cold beer😎. The dessert cabinet is full of the usual treats and we’re here dodging the rain untill 6 this afternoon.

So this happened yesterday afternoon, making the Cornish countryside look even better!
Looking promising for the majority of the day, and we’ve got our very popular pigs in blankets, stuffing and cranberry sauce sub on all day, homemade salted caramel, and more lemon curd donuts, Bakewell tart and biscoff brownie in the cabinet.
Here untill 6 this afternoon.

Many thanks for all your positive messages yesterday, we will of course keep you up to date on any and all developments. Looking pretty good out here this morning, we’ve got lemon curd donuts in the cabinet and the breads just out of the oven ready for breakfast. Here untill 4.

On the run up to Halloween, our marquee is getting into the spirit!
Couple of admin points to share with you all,
1) our closing date for this season is Sunday 3rd November, bit earlier than we planned, but that leads me on to,
2) For a variety of reasons, we’re leaving the site at Rayle farm, it’s been a fantastic 18 months(?) but it’s time to move on. We’re not sure where we going just yet, but we’re looking at sites within a 5-10 mile radius, so we can still see all you lovely people. If anyone knows of any farm land or sites that would benefit from our catering then please let us know.
3) If you can’t bear the thought of not having our cakes through the winter then I’m taking orders for the w/e 3/11, they all freeze very well (except the donuts I’m afraid), so Bakewell tart, brownies, carrot cake muffins or flapjacks, either message on here or call/whatsapp on 07708 676382.
After all that were here untill 4 today with all the usual favourites.

Good morning, and whisper it, but looks like it’s dry for the best part of the day! Our winter warmer’s theme continues with a beef and guinness stew, wholegrain mustard mash and spiced red cabbage, that’ll warm your cockles. The dessert cabinet is full of your favourites and we’re here untill 4pm
