'Hi Carole and Tim,
Thank you - we had an incredible wedding day!
The food was fantastic (but just what we expected). We've had so many comments on how great the food was. My parents have had lots of letters from guests and they almost all mention how good the food was - the pheasant goujons mentioned in more than one. So they were clearly a hit!

Alex and I are both just disappointed that we weren't able to finish our meals - think the adrenaline and excitement of the day tempered our hunger!!

But we really can't thank you both enough for not just the food on the day but the food you left for us on the Sunday. We knew we were in safe hands with you guys - and you didn't disappoint!

Summer Wedding at The naturally beautiful Jervaulx Abbey.
Selection of Canapés, followed by Sharing Platters of Chicken Za’atar, slow cooked Lamb with Salsa Verdi, Rump of Beef Bearnaise, Bbq Belly Pork, with lots of Salads. Trio of Mini puds finish the meal

Ullswater Wedding. 😍 This was a stunning setting at Howtown and very lively wedding! Canapés by the Lakeside followed by Sharing Platters of Beef, Ham, Salmon and more, with lovely fresh salads. I wish we’d taken more photos

A few weeks ago we did a fabulous relaxed wedding with charcuterie sharing boards, followed by a huge buffet table. Just right for a warm afternoon garden party
