After almost 3 years of research and spending many months in the country, I’m excited to tell you about FrOatz.

What I have done is fused ancient Egyptian superfoods that have stood the test of time, to create a tasty, nutritious blend that’s pure goodness in every bite.

Yesterday was all about food, fun, and a bit of adventure!

I whipped up a stack of ‘good-for-you’ FrOatz pancakes to share with my neighbour in honour of Remembrance Day. After we enjoyed those hearty bites, I set off across the border for a breathtaking hike through the Yorkshire Moors—a solid three-hour trek that was just what the soul ordered. Then, I got to cross something major off my bucket list: attending the thrilling Steel City 'derby' between Sheffield United and Sheffield Wednesday. The solo bugaleer performing 'The Last Post' in front of 30,000 people to remember those who gave their lives in conflict was beautifully respected.

Those FrOatz pancakes kept me powered up all day (with just one cappuccino before the match).

So if there is anyone out there with deep pockets and a good business head, please knock on my door as this concept is ready to go...and I want to prove I'm not mad!

Had a long morning walk then it was back to the 'Flavour Lab' to knock up these superfood FrOatz Carrot Cake Muffins....they were good!! All free of gluten, oil/butter, refined sugar...oh and they're vegan and loaded with natural plant protein!! Eat good, feel good!!

Hello all, following many enquiries I would like to inform you that with a heavy heart my Yankeeshire Diner food-truck has been passed onto a person with a similar ethos & passion to fusion food & customer service.
This means that I am now able to focus on my new food creation called FrOatz and my back-packing street-food travels.
Watch this space for future developments.

Did you know that the Yankeeshire Diner are certified as a Healthy Caterer (with Excellence).
As well as serving you our fusion street-food at events & festivals, we go into schools and Youth Clubs with our 'Healthy Real Meals Roadshow' explaining the benefits of eating good-4-u food, practical cooking demonstrations & playground activity sessions.
This week we visited Spring Hill Primary School in Accrington & were met by an enthusiastic and excited year 3 class who thoroughly enjoyed their day with us. Thank you.

The Valley Thai Boxing Club team tucked into some of my FrOatz after their weigh-in. Big day tomorrow at the Ashcroft venue in Whitworth for the regional junior & senior Thai Boxing tournament...should be a mega awesome day. My food-truck will be there feeding fans & fighters.

My secret recipe creation called a 'FrOatz Sundae' has taken me about a year of experimenting to get right. It's awesomely clean, healthy & wholesome ...crammed with natural A+ ingredients with no added sugar! It's ideal for breakfast or as a pre/post-training snack that will honestly keep you content for hours.

Terry the Tiger & myself had a fabulous day teaching the kids about healthy eating & alternative food choices. Today we made Singapore Stir Griddled Noodles (with Lamb Seekh Kebabs & crisp veggies).
Upon serving, some if the kids were: "ooh sir, I don't like veggies, I don't like lamb kebabs, I don't like noodles"
My reply: " Have you had them before?"
Answer:"No"
Upon eating them: " Sir, can we have seconds?"
Brilliant...the day was great, made so by all of the youngsters I've been lucky enough to teach over a 4 day period.
