We are a homemade caterer based in Rochford, Essex. We specialise in handling allergies and intolerances. Everything we produce is homemade using our unique recipes. We provide catering for all occasions which include corporate events, afternoon teas, celebrations, funerals and so much more. Our company motto is ‘Made with Love’. We are passionate about food and put our heart into our unique recip

We really do appreciate the importance of handling special dietary requirements. Our fresh ingredients are a mixture of homegrown and locally sourced. This gives us a great platform to produce our homemade orders. We are extremely proud to hold a 5-star food hygiene rating from Rochford District Council.

Today, the Archives of Disease in Childhood has released the findings of their review into the risks of flying for people with food allergies.

The Amy May Trust would like to take this opportunity to offer our comment on the review. This is an encouraging, scientific step in reassuring those with nut allergies while also highlighting the suggested importance, which we fully endorse, of airlines adopting a ‘board first’ approach to allow those with a food allergy to have the ability to wipe their seat. Yesterday was a very special day for us here at Seasons in Thyme Catering. Our very own Alfie completed the Wi******er Half Marathon. We had the most wonderful day supporting him and are so proud of his amazing achievement. Massive congratulations Alfie, you smashed it with your successful time of sub 2 hours!
Next year Alfie will be taking part in the London Half Marathon (he didn’t get into the full Marathon). He will be raising money for the wonderful Great Ormond Street Hospital that gave him the most amazing care throughout his childhood. He will be raising as much money as he can to pay forward the care that was so generously given to him!
You’ll often hear us champion how we are a family business and this is a very important part of who we are. For those of you who don’t know, Seasons in Thyme was created because of Alfie. He was born with a medical condition that affected his childhood and he suffered severe allergies. I became Alfie’s full-time carer and during this time I learned a huge amount about handling allergies and intolerances and pledged that one day I would open an allergy friendly catering business. Back in September 2016 my dream became a reality. Now we provide inclusive catering for everyone regardless of their requirements and most importantly, without making a fuss. We believe everyone should be able to enjoy great food regardless of their needs.

This morning, we donated 24 of our homemade Frosted Cupcakes to to help raise much needed funds for their wonderful charity.
The event was run by Networking 4 Essex Women. This is such a wonderful supportive networking group and one that we attend regularly.

Good morning from Seasons in Thyme Catering. We are very excited to share Tina Wing Photography photos from Rochford District Business Awards 2023! We are sure you'll all agree that Tina captured the wonderful evening. The team at Apton Hall treated us to a 5 star evening, the food was outstanding as well as the service.
