ITS WEDDING TIME! 🎉
It’s safe to say the wedding season has started strong 💪
We’ve met some fantastic people, served many delicious cocktails, quenched many thirsts and been to some outrageously beautiful locations. And it’s only June!
Our diary is filling up but we do still have some availability for this year and next year. So if your thinking of adding a deluxe drinks package to your big day or just curious to see what we can provide to suit all budgets and parties of all sizes get in touch, we’re happy to help!

▪️ Wadebridge Town Council are excited to announce that we have teamed up with Will from Sauce to put on a Cocktail Mixology Class

📅 Thursday 8 & Friday 9 of December, 6:00pm or 8:00pm (each class will last around 1hr 30/45mins)

📍 Wadebridge Town Hall, Conference Room

▪️ £35.00 per person

▪️ You will get to make (and enjoy) 3 cocktails each, this gives you a chance to get ‘behind the stick’ and make some world class craft cocktails using the best premium award winning Cornish spirits and the history behind them.

▪️ You will be set up with all of your own tools ‘masterchef’ style and will include a prize for best mixologist!

▪️ You will get your own recipe sheet to take home with you so you will leave with knowing the basics of cocktail making and always have a few tricks up your sleeve at your next party.

We have a exciting new pop-up in rock for the summer season serving sharing plates, seafood, great wines and of-course cocktails!
We are looking for full and part time positions, and can be flexible on hours. Great work environment, fun team, equal share of gratuities, good food twice a day, open till end of October.
Full training will be given, as long as you are friendly and have a good sense of humour you will fit right in!

“When we got an email back from Sauce on our request for a quote, we were hesitant at first when Will mentioned he would make a bespoke quote after a chat. 'Bespoke' made us think 'expensive' and we were on a budget. We were persuaded to have a chat anyway, after a bit of back and forth via email on our budget and we are so happy we did!
Will was such a pleasure to work with; easy communication, catering to our needs and sticking to the budget. We are both not big drinkers, but we felt comfortable following his advice which made sure all our guests were catered for, including children and people who don't drink alcohol for various reasons.
The day before the wedding he came to set up the bar so he didn't have to do this on the day itself and it was just really nice to meet him and talk things through one more time. And on the day itself, which was surprisingly hot, Will and his colleague made sure the bride was the first one to receive a lovely, refreshing cocktail.
There's only one thing we regret... We wish we weren't so busy dancing so we could have enjoyed more cocktails! We heard from our guests that they were delicious!”
