Our morning-after service is about closing the circle. We welcome you at the start, party with you long into the night, and then make sure you’re looked after right to the very end — easing everyone gently back to life with good food, good drinks, and no rush.

A final cheers, a few laughs, sore heads soothed… and then it’s goodbye.

A little throwback to last year’s NYE wedding for Nick & Olivia ✨🥂

We truly pulled out all the stops for this one — from hands-on mixology classes and midnight magnums to whiskey and cigar tastings, a bespoke-built coffee trike, and fully customised bar memorabilia made just for the night.

An unforgettable way to ring in the New Year, surrounded by great people, great drinks, and plenty of late-night celebrations.

We loved every moment of this weekend — Friday night drinks and food, a full bar service on Saturday, and a relaxed Sunday morning with Bloody Marys and breakfast back at the house.

We’ve spent the day perfecting the best hot chocolate for you all and honestly… it’s an ABSOLUTE BANGER 😍🤤

We’re talking:
🍫 Real melted chocolate (none of that powdered stuff)
☁️ Soft, fluffy, silky Italian meringue – lightly blow-torched to perfection 🔥
🥛 Real double cream whipped with vanilla + a touch of sea salt ✨
🥃 And yes… if you fancy it… a little Baileys upgrade 👀😉
🍷 Mulled wine bubbling away too, because… well, it’s Christmas 🎄❤️

All of this is coming with us to Hawksfield Christmas Market this FRIDAY, 5–9pm! 🎁✨

Then once everyone has received their treatments , take part in an interactive mixology class using the best premium award winning spirits 🍸 ( we can also split the booking if you have a weekend booked somewhere in Cornwall and do one activity each day )
