Hi Guys,
It's Children's Day today back in Hungary.
I've been thinking about this all week long, when giving these dinners out to my children how lucky we all are. Sometimes I feel we need to stop and think about how precious all these tiny little moments in our lives are.
My mum use to say if she could ask for anything it would be that children would never starve on the world! I couldn't agree more with her!!
I feel we are so lucky to have the opportunity to give and get all these wonderful things in life..

One of today's orders was this very elegant, extra light Classic 'Orosz' Cream Cake. They are named after a Hungarian master pรขtissier Sandor Oroszi, who made it first in between the world wars. ๐ญ๐บ

'Orosz' Cream Cake is a light, vanilla flavoured cream cake with rum soaked raisins, whipped cream, chocolate and fresh fruit (orange) decoration. Very similar to the French Mille-feuille, except that cake is made from puff-pastry and this cake is made with sponge.
