Yoga Class adults & children welcome on the 9th of February at Formby hall part of the Pamperlicious wellbeing event

Join us for a relaxing hour of yoga.
This class is a combination of hatha and Yin.
Focusing on the breath, realignment of the spine, strength and flexibility.
The class begins with pranayama breathwork that not only resets the nervous system but improves lung and heart health.
The postures help with flexibility, concentration, balance and gaining knowledge of how your body feels and to go within ourselves leaving the outside world, outside.
The class is perfect for beginners or any levels.

Let me introduce myself I’m Kelly and I’m the face behind this amazing pamperlicious well-being event held on the 9th of February at Formby. Formby Hall Golf Resort & Spa

A little bit about myself I own 2 beauty & holistic salons one in St Helen’s town centre where I have 3 young talented therapists that work for me and I also have a therapy room in Denbigh North Wales

I’ve been a therapist myself for 20 years and I’ve been teaching my skills for 6 years..

I’ve decided to hold events over 8 years as I love helping small businesses to grow and meeting hard-working people just like myself. The events are growing from strength to strength.

Stallholders & therapists come back time after time.

I have a huge following who come to my event and spend the whole day there.

This event I’m really excited about as it’s over four rooms I have a room for sellers and vendors one for Therapist and two the workshops and inspirational talks

I also have the pleasure of working alongside my husband at these Event who is truly supportive my beautiful friend Ashlee and my two girls from my St Helens salon Emily and Emma will all be event Marshalls to make sure the day run smoothly.
