Due to having the venues on my back for payment I’m really sorry to do this, but anybody working any of my Event needs to pay me in full ASAP I’m also getting let down last minute when it comes to me asking for payment so this is why I also have to do this…
I will be messaging everybody with the payment links I really hope you understand that I need to do this. I’m so busy running all my businesses. I’m getting behind and confused with everything so I need to get these Events fully paid up and venues paid otherwise they are going to cancel my dates 😫😢

How true… we all have to start somewhere and never give up… I also have myself have worked events and not earned a penny… my first event I only had 6 stalls.. and look now I’ve worked my arse I’ve got my own salon with 4 staff… I teach and my events are growing… I work 7 days a week most weeks and if that’s not enough I’m moving to wales very soon and setting up there too… I met Amy Lawrenson as my therapist and now we are amazing friends … hard work pays off… networking is the key… Soul Glow Luxury Well-being Event

This post is for you if you have your own business and ever doubt yourself or feel like you’re struggling to get your feet off the ground.
Yesterday I hosted my first wellbeing event with Kelly. Some of our stall holders did amazingly well and am sure some wished they had been able to do more and might have felt disheartened…
This was an event I attended 13 years ago and the stall manned by my friend Chelsie when I took the picture, took all of the spare money I had that month to pay for; my Mum made me a beautiful banner and some leaflets and my heart and soul went into making it perfect. Not one person came to willingly talk to me that day and I came home and sobbed and felt like giving up. I lied to my parents and said it went amazingly because I couldn’t bare to tell them it was a wash out.
But I didn’t give up and years later my business is thriving (I have my moments and times can be rough let’s be real) but I have new opportunities, exciting new adventures and sellout retreats and am so happy I persevered.
At events like these if you don’t make the sales you want, or feel like others do better, in workshops when you want to sell 20 tickets but sell 2; you don’t know who you are meeting, who is listening to you, what doors may be opening for you.
At the event yesterday I wasn’t intending to promote Silver Daisies, just do my job at the event; Kelly asked me to do a talk but I thought it’s the first one, no one will turn up but almost 30 people did!! And I got my business and my work ethic out to a new group of lovely people but let me tell you I was absolutely shaking inside when I started because it was new and outside of my comfort zone!
But I did what I know I am good at and with this and in chatting to people all day and clocking up a zillions steps, without even really intending to, made new connections, sold more retreat places and connected with potential new clients.
None of us give birth to a successful business immediately but if we are passionate, authentic and keep ****ing going. It WILL come ✨💋❤️

The work that goes into organise these events is non-stop never mind the day I did over 25,000 steps yesterday with a broken foot just around the hotel 😂😂 And then, yes, this idiot has booked 12 hours shift today in her salon 😢 send help 😂
I just want to say a big thank you from the team to everyone who I came out first soul glow well being event today at Formby Hall Golf Resort & Spa and everyone who worked it…. This was our first time at this amazing hotel and I’m excited to watch these events grow at this venue we are back here on October the 6th Soul Glow Luxury Well-being Event but before that I’m at back at the Mercure Hotel St Helen Mersyside on the 22th of September
