What a show we had yesterday. The weather was hot but the bar had wonderful cooling drinks, the burgers and hotdogs were brill and the cake table inside the hall was overflowing with choice. A big thank you to everyone who donated cakes and prizes for the raffle and to all who attended.
A massive thank you to all who helped make this day special for the village.

Don't forget to register your items between 6pm & 8pm today at the Village Hall for the show tomorrow. Then bring the items to the village hall in the morning between 9 am & 11am. Good luck everyone.

We can't believe August is just round the corner.
We are getting ready for the Village show on 9th September. This year is going so fast with lots more events to come before it ends.

The children's play area is to get a new coat of paint on the 12th May, subject to the weather, therefore it will be unavailable to play on for a little while. The area will be taped off, so please take care at this time.

Hutton Buscel Village are celebrating the coronation of Charles the 3rd on Sunday 7th May at the Village Hall from 2pm, all residents are welcome to join in the celebrations. At 2pm the bar will be open to purchase yourself a pint to toast the new King, if you want a cup of tea instead then you are more than welcome to have one, along with a nice piece of cake of course. There will be a film 'Heaven on the Hill" playing in the hall, it's a history of our lovely village along with some history memorabilia. A BBQ will start serving from 4pm and the bar will carry on till it's dry.
A time to celebrate a new era.
