Along with a little help from .distillery we were able to bring our true visions to life and curate two truly innovative and exquisite blends - truly like no other!
distillery is an award-winning company who find the greatest inspiration in making spirits the proper way, by hand, using intuition, knowledge and passion! It really was a no-brainer to team up with yet another local and enthusiastic supplier on this project - we really couldn't have done it without them!

Within the previous year, we’ve worked closely with The SRA and other eco-friendly practices to elevate and improve our sustainability efforts, all while delivering the most exquisite fine dining experiences and event catering.

Since joining us a few years ago through our Sheffield College apprenticeship programme, Sahil has never failed to demonstrate outstanding levels of commitment and deep-rooted passion for culinary innovation. His efforts brought him a great sense of achievement only last year by winning Young Apprentice of the Year 2023!

We remain exceptionally proud to showcase Sahil’s masterful talents here at Lavang and find the greatest joy in watching him flourish day by day as a truly inspirational, young individual.
