It’s Support Your Local Chamber of Commerce Day today! 🌐

The team here at Lavang wish to commemorate this day and take a few moments to give our thanks to the wonderful personalities .

These guys work tirelessly to make Sheffield one of the best places in the UK to start, grow and run a successful and sustainable business. They build our community, and bring a collection of people together all to create new long-lasting relationships.

It’s important to us every day that we take a few moments to appreciate and recognise our outstanding team and also our fabulous community network!

With Lavang turning 7 this year, we’ve singlehandedly experienced a whole realm of challenging and significant factors in the industry, including the pandemic, economic climate and additionally the rising cost of goods and utilities.

These factors are all things no business could’ve ever known to predict, however, we STILL managed to maintain resilience and worked through it together, as a TEAM!

We are immensely proud to remain a carbon neutral business, however we additionally do our best in taking those extra steps to reduce our plastic wastage to protect our oceans and sea-life too!

Award winning supplies water in glass bottles - each bottle sold is reused rather than recycled reducing a vast amount of overall wastage from our community! We love working alongside Crag and think they’re is a brilliant company, always choosing to put our eco-system first!

Meet Fahmid - Our Sous chef, second in command 🤎
Also known as TC - Tandoori Chef

Fahmid began his journey with us here at Lavang in 2018. He’s carried an igniting passion for cooking from a very young age, learning and taking inspiration from his Bangladeshi heritage.

Fahmid loves using fresh, authentic ingredients whilst experimenting with the art of fusion cuisine, of course combined with our Lavang modern twist.

TC additionally devises the marinades and naan flavour profiles to ensure all our dishes are complemented with the perfect condiments.
