Let’s talk tablescapes 💁🏼‍♀️

Complete set up hired out, hurricane vases for floating candles, the bud vases for flowers and gold leaf charger plates.

The vases are then filled with flowers to match all the personal bouquets etc for a seamless floral design throughout.

Want to add napkins? Personalised ribbons? Drinks vouchers? Personalised newspapers? Selfie mirrors? Seating charts? I’m your girl 💁🏼‍♀️

I have been driving myself nuts on whether to delete everything from insta and start again with just weddings and install work but I just can’t do it! There’s over 100 posts and it’s such a story of my growth, those first few bits are embarrassing to say the least 😂

So instead I’m just going to fill the grid with new posts showing some of my favourite work and I thought I’d start with these 2 gorgeous girls! Both past brides of mine, and both customers who have been with me since day 1. I appreciate you 🤍

Oh hi! It’s me 👋🏼 you might be wondering what now for Booth and Bloom…

Following on from yesterday’s update regarding no longer offering gift bouquets I wanted to jump on and just tell you more about the stuff I will be concentrating on ☺️ in no way am I slowing down or working less! I’m stopping gift bouquets so that I can concentrate on the things I’m passionate about and do more of the work I love….

👰🏼 🤵🏻 WEDDINGS!!! The best work I’ve ever produced comes from weddings, I love how every one is different and everyone’s story is so beautiful. I love getting to work with new brides and grooms, albeit heartbreaking when the weddings over and we have to ‘break up’ 😂

I am already very busy for weddings this year but my diary is still open, I have some spaces kicking around.

🌾🌾 INSTALLATIONS!!! My favourite thing to do, the artist in me screams when we look at that blank wall and get to create something magic! I pride myself on installation work, using only the best UK pampas strains for the highest quality, lots of different dried elements and high end, luxury finishes ONLY.

🏺🏺 DRIED FLOWER ARRANGEMENTS!!! I back tracked a bit on these in the beginning but the amount of dried stock I hold now is insane so I am back open to dried flower vases, I will do some more regular stock sales this year too ☺️

💁🏼‍♀️💁🏼‍♀️ CLASSES AND WORKSHOPS!!! It’s actually insane, and very humbling just how popular my classes are 🥲 I want to bring you some really fun ones this year alongside the usual wreath classes. I will also be exploring private classes, baby showers, hen dos, birthdays etc.

📸 📸 Last but not least I really want to showcase just what my capabilities as a ‘floral artist’ and not just a ‘florist’ are! I will be getting involved in as many styles shoots as possible, any photographers or content creators etc that would like to work together please get in touch…

🌷 Apologies but, I will no longer be offering standard gift bouquets on an to order basis, I’m sorry for this change but I just can’t produce the standard of work I pride myself on with the costs people want to pay. I WHOLLY appreciate you only want to spend £25/30 on a token gift of flowers, if I was buying a ‘bunch of flowers’ to cheer someone up etc I’d only want to spend that too, I get it! But I don’t do ‘bunches of flowers’

🌷 I know you won’t understand purchasing flowers for a florist so I wanted to take the time to explain the process and average costs associated with a gift bouquet… the wholesaler sells flower types to me in 10’s or 25’s so for a varied bouquet the following would be quite normal

10 roses £10-£20 cost price
10 lily’s £15-£25 cost price
10 snapdragon £10 cost price
10 hypericum £10 cost price
10 lisianthus £10-£20 cost price
Eucalyptus bundle £5 ish
Ruscus bundle £5 ish

So at COST price we’re at £65 at the bottom end, and that’s before packaging, ribbons, my diesel and time to go and choose the flowers (gift bouquets aren’t a high enough spend for delivery so I have to go and get the flowers myself) and then when I’ve got the flowers there’s then my time to condition, arrange, package, provide quality flower food and then deliver. I had a shop and a high turnover of fresh flower stock I would have stems to choose from to work to budget, you could have 2 roses and a few other bits let’s say, but as I don’t when I buy flowers for you you get them all.

🌷There are florists out there who are happy to fill bunches with either single stems purchased from Morrisons or with just 2 or 3 different flower types and cheap chrysanthemums in but it’s just not me, if I can’t deliver a wow I’d rather not deliver at all.

🌷I will still be offering bouquets on the holidays, Valentines, Mother’s Day, Easter, Christmas etc or if it’s a whopping wowzer of a gift bouquet you’re looking for then I could be persuaded!

🌷 I just wanted to take this time to say such a huge thank you to everyone who has ordered gift flowers from me in the past, it was an honour to be there in some of your biggest congratulations, thanks and everything in between 🤍

Pre orders for Valentine’s Day are now live! As always I will be working on a pre order basis only so please get your orders in early! Cut off to guarantee these costs will be the 5th of February.

Please understand that around Valentine’s Day the cost of flowers absolutely rockets and the growers and suppliers charge so much more. I have absorbed those costs where I can to ensure you can get quality flowers at the best price possible ❤️

I will only be using Niomi roses, these are the absolutely stunning, big, luxurious red roses. The ones I had in my own wedding bouquet to give you an idea of just how beautiful they are! There are other roses available but for me the quality and look of the rose just isn’t Booth and Bloom quality so I have made the decision not to work with them this year. Luxury only baby ❤️

Of course I am absolutely open to any requests, mother and daughter sets, hat boxes, chocolates etc.

Hi from Alice and I 👋🏼

We’re sitting down this afternoon to bounce a few ideas around in the office, I’ve asked her if she wanted to go to Starbucks instead but she said she doesn’t like car rides or the dogs in Starbies, so the sofa it is!

Tomorrow is my first day back to it properly since Christmas and I can’t wait, I’ve got so many weddings this year that I am crazily excited for and some collabs and other bits coming up too.

I’ll be back to all the messages etc tomorrow, thanks for your patience while I had a little break!

My New Year’s resolution is to post more on socials! I’m absolutely shocking at it and I am very aware of that. I’m in awe of the peoples who’s stories I view everyday and think yeah you’ve got you’re stuff together, well that’s going to be me in 2025 😅

Ah Cait, Where to even start with this girl! What an insanely talented and just all round lovely lass. I came across Cait in a wedding group on Facebook and was instantly drawn to her style and the fact she was a bit cool! I spoke to her about covering our wedding and then in true Caroline fashion didn’t go back to her for a while and was worried she might have been booked in the meantime… Cait did everything she could to be part of our wedding and we are so truly grateful to her for that, just look at this video, absolutely amazing! This girl turned up with the calmest vibes, slotted herself into the day, spoke with the other suppliers and guests like she knew them all and was a pleasure to be around, I almost forgot she was the content creator and not a friend at the wedding! And just look at the content delivered, within 4 days might I add. I honestly cannot recommend this girl enough, to be able to sit just a few days after the wedding and view 4 amazing highlight videos was so good! There’s so much you miss from a wedding because it’s so none stop so these were so beautiful to watch! This is just one of the videos delivered too, all 4 were so good! Was hard to pick one to post first but I’ll share all the others too ☺️ Please go and follow this girl, and if you’re one of my brides for 2025/2026 then give her a shout!
