We want it to be a vibrant place that creates a sense of community and enables local people to come together for a variety of fun activities and events. If you require a public space or know

anyone who might be interested, please spread the word about this fantastic hub of the community. Or if you can help in any way (volunteering, spreading the word, donating etc.) please get in touch by phone or posting on our page. Local volunteers have worked hard to preserve the site as a community space since 2004. The Church has granted Common Ground a 25-year lease (from November 2012) to maintain the site and promote our community. We are always looking for new ways to use the hall and grounds. Could you help us protect the site by giving up some of your time?We always need people to help spread the word and spark interest in the site. For the green-fingered, you could help us maintain the grounds. And we have a friendly gardening group if you’d like to learn how to grow your own vegetables.We could always do with a hand cleaning and keeping the hall up to scratch. We’d really appreciate local tradesmen and handymen helping us with general maintenance and odd jobs. Call: 0759 4488894

Hey y'all. Tomorrow Saturday 26th October 11am - 3pm is our annual groundskeeping day at Common Ground! As with previous years, we'll be trimming back the shrubs, weeding, clearing, cutting and litter picking to keep the space nice, tidy and ready for winter. We always need a hand so if you can help out please come down! Kids OK if well supervised as we have trimmers in action. We have gloves and tools but if you have your own that's great. Thanks!!!
