What can I say this was a very “rushed” job today considering I only had half an hour to unload and set this full job up!

With help from the family who booked we managed to get everything in and set up before everyone arrived the kids had the best time on the race track kept them entertained the whole party!!!

Massive thanks to everyone who helped setting this up with me much appreciated 🩷

Can’t get over the princess theme it’s just so pretty!

This is a full package set up with display, full white softplay, 20 themed children’s table and chairs,
This customer did have the bouncy castle but unfortunately didn’t check the venue ceiling height as required therefore so unfortunately couldn’t have it,

Before booking our equipment you must check that what you are ordering fits in the venue safely and has been confirmed by the venue you will not get a refund if it doesn’t fit,

This is why rules are put in place for a reason this is a brand new ball pit covered in food and dirt had the rules been followed as our terms and conditions state the equipment would not come back in this state,

If our equipment if collected in this condition you will be charged an extra cleaning fee!

All equipment is cleaned thoroughly before and sanitised at each job we should not be collecting our stuff in this condition one out of sign of respect for Hire equipment and two there is no need for it,

This hasn’t even been taken out of the bags yet to see the extent of the dirt, but this is just what you can see 😡😡
