I received a cooking session with Kim as a Christmas gift. Indian cuisine interests me more than any other, and a warm welcome awaited me when I arrived.

Getting acquainted with Kim and her heritage reassured that everything we cooked would be authentic, and there would be traditional and healthy dishes prepared at the end of it.

Two and a half hours passed in a blink of the eye, and we discussed our love of wine and The Traitors which concluded that evening.

It felt like a life-changing morning, I am getting a spice box and a recipe book and will practice what I've learned to build my confidence.

The chicken balti we made was healthy, delicious, and filling, and the Tarka Dall tasted better than anything I've ever had before.

Our chapattis even puffed up in the air fryer later when they were reheated.

And that was it! A fabulous morning spent with Kim, and newly acquired skills to take away with dinner for (at least) two people.

Can’t say how fab Kim’s food is !!! Kim made us wonderful curry dishes with all the trimmings for my husbands 60th birthday celebration. All our guest left full with raving reviews of the food. For me one of the best things was that Kim suppliers us with all the equipment to keep the food warm, such an easy way to cater for this kind of event. Thanks again Kim, we will be back for more of your wonderful food in the future
