Our Mini Balloon Displays are perfect if your still wanting add a little something without going all out. You have the choice of any 3 colours. Each display is lightweight and easy to move from venue to venue.

It’s that time of year to get your orders in for our Valentines Day Balloons 🎈

We have 3 options available all at £10.

Whether you’re buying for your husband, wife, friends family members or anyone else you’d like to express your affection for, our balloons will put a smile on their face.

We only use the highest of quality balloons to ensure that you get the most from your beautiful displays.

To order please message with your choice of option, we do require a deposit (£5) to secure your booking and the remaining balance to be paid upon collection.

Collection will take place on 13th February from SS26QZ.

We’re happy to announce our books are open for our Elf Balloons 🎈

We have 3 options which will suit any budget.

Option 1
Snow Elf Balloon - £25
Includes Elf with suitcase, passport and ticket from the North Pole
Top Balloon can be personalised with name/names
Can be with or without snow inside balloon.

Option 2
Candy Cane Elf Balloon
Includes Elf and Christmas Puzzle
With the option to personalise with name/names

Option 3
Elf Red & White Balloon Stack £15
Includes Elf, lights around balloons and options to personalise with name and/or message.

All options can either feature an Elf or can be bought separately. If no Elf is required the price for each option will be as follows:
Option 1 - £22
Option 2 - £17
Option 3 - £12

All options require a 50% deposit to secure bookings.

Collection will be in Southend, on 30th November or can be delivered from £2.50.

At Bloem Party Hire we are pleased to announce we have now been professionally trained by for balloon walls. We are so excited to be begin our balloon wall journey!

Before we begin any balloon wall, we will book in a consultation with yourselves to discuss your requirements and go through our ideas including illustrations and colour samples.

Once you are satisfied with our design we require a non refundable deposit which will be discussed in the initial consultation.

Upon the completion of the Balloon wall at your chosen venue we require the remaining balance to be paid.

Prices start from £35 a metre. Price will vary depending on design, shape and size.
