There was something fishy about yesterdays menu!🐟

We watched on as children made their wraps in all manner of different ways. Wholemeal bread inside a tortilla wrap, with the fish fingers eaten on the side, isn’t one we’ve seen before 🫤 Still, the child devoured every last crumb.

Ideal School Meals supply a range of catering services to education settings in Lincolnshire and Leicestershire.

We have a part time vacancy for a School Meal Serving Assistant / Hygiene Operative (Cleaner), in Bourne, Lincolnshire.

You will work alongside your team members to ensure meals are served to the highest standards and presentation, within strict time constraints. You will also ensure that all items of equipment required for the service and delivery of our school meal provision, including crockery, cutlery and kitchenware are cleaned and sanitised each day, and that the kitchen is left clean and tidy, at all times.

Working hours will vary slightly from day to day, between the hours of 11.00 - 5.30pm, Monday-Friday. The position is school term time only.

This is a reasonaly physically demanding role. Please keep this in mind before applying for the position.

Food hygiene Level 2 is preferred. Full training available for successful applicants.

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expect all staff to share this commitment. Your suitabilty to work with children and young people will form part of the selection process. A satisfactory enhanced Disclosure and Barring check, a Children's Barred List check, and two satisfactory references will be required for this role.

Excited to be working in partnership with Discovery Sports Coaching for the Easter HAF programme. And what a fantastic line up of events they have in store.

We are delighted to be working in partnership with Lincolnshire County Council to deliver the Holiday Activities & Food programme in Boston this Easter 🐣🐰

We will be delivering our programme at Haven High Academy (Marian Road Campus) from which the children will benefit from using some of the best facilities in the area. Children will be using the full size 3G pitch, sports hall, gymnasium and classrooms to deliver our most comprehensive programme ever!

Children can look forward to working with our experienced coaches as well as The Biz - School of Performing Arts and Lincolnshire Music Service. Activities on offer include ⬇️

- Sports
- Performing Arts
- Music - including Samba drumming and DJ experience
- Dance
- Nutrition & Cooking Workshops
- Maths & English on the Move
- Arts & Crafts

Our camps are available to children in school years reception to year 7 and the day runs from 8:30 until 3:30 to help families stick to existing work and childcare routines throughout the holidays.
