When ordering balloons full payment must be made at the time your order is place.
When booking packages, hiring candy carts, balloon arches, backdrops, light up numbers ect a 30% non refundable deposit must be made upon booking to secure your date with the remaining balance paid at least 2 week prior to your event,we will not secure any date without a deposit.
