Senior Saints Christmas Carols and nibbles. A lovely afternoon serving a little selection of goods to this group of older members of the congregation.

We served savoury bites including sausage rolls, mini quiche, coronation chicken tarts, crisps, cheese sticks and olives.

We followed this after a few carols with ginger cake with golden shimmer, mince pies served warm and a few little mimi shortbread stars.

The day after!! The bit people don't always see, the washing up.

Using a catering company for your event you get the benefit of leaving all this to be done but us. Monday morning washing and sorting kitchen back to order after yesterday's job.

Washing up is quite therapeutic with a bit of music and my best friend the dishwasher.

Turning 90 can't be to bad when you have a party with friends, family and food. Big cake always a good thing to share. Thank for the order
