Another update on our new "memory sharing" wedding package....

I've been working hard and looking at what I can offer that other websites don't - at least not as a complete service from a single provider. If there's anything people think I've missed, please let me know as I might be able to incorporate it.

1. Your digital wedding QR code. Not just to print on a sign yourself - I'll be including 50 x A6 personalised cards to place on guests tables explaining what it's all about, along with your QR code which will take them straight to your dedicated wedding upload page.

2. An audio guestbook that guests can use to create a personal voice message for you to cherish, straight from their mobile phone with the click of a button. (Active throughout your entire wedding day & evening).

3. Guest upload of video messages (a video guestbook).

4. Guest upload of photos and video clips they've taken on your special day. They will be able to upload live on the day (mobile data or wifi required) or over the week which follows.

5. A password-protected online gallery for the happy couple, with a guaranteed minimum of 12 months access to view, play, listen and permanently save all the great memories we've collected for you to your computer etc. for future safekeeping.

This is a fantastic opportunity to see your wedding day from your guests perspective. They may have captured something you didn't see and that your photographer missed etc.

I'm currently taking bookings for 2024 weddings only, at an amazing introductory price of just £49. Additional printed cards can be purchased for much larger wedding parties (recommended for over 100 guests). Please ask for prices.

We are soon adding guest photo & video sharing services. Guests will be able to scan your QR code using their phones camera, which will take them to a dedicated page to upload photos & videos they have taken, to share them with you. These will then be placed onto an online gallery page which will be accessible only to the party host / bride & groom etc.

Our service will allow completely unlimited uploads without any restrictions whatsoever, and will be available both with and without our Audio Guestbook phone hire.

If anyone that has already booked our audio guestbook would like to add this to their booking, I will allow them to do so at a reduced cost of just £25. Please get in touch if you are interested.

We've decided to continue offering our audio guestbook service and have re-opened the website for bookings.

The price will be £99 for any booking placed during 2024.

Remember, our service is possibly the only "cloud connected" audio guestbook in the UK - meaning that your guests messages are instantly saved to the cloud and you can get to listen to them as soon as day 1 of the honeymoon!

This is a self-hire service. The retro style telephone and instruction sign are posted to you along with a pre-paid return address label to send the equipment back after your special day.

Thank you to Shell from Stafford for having our Audio Guestbook phone at her 50th birthday celebrations last night.... some hilarious messages were captured, including a trumper, someone happily grassing on the trumper, and a person who really wants you to accept the bag-for-life as a 50th birthday gift - no 20p needed 😂, and a couple of heartfelt messages almost guaranteed to bring tears of joy! Now, That's what I call creating memories!!
