THE BEIGE 🤤
Today’s is focused around a product range or specific product and the inspo behind it. The Beige is my favourite for its backstory and it also tastes SO GOOD. The inspiration for ‘The Beige’ was my dad, my brothers and my fiancé. It was an ode to them and answered the question ‘if they were going to order a box, what would be in it?’ Answer: everything in the picture below! We get a lot of customers ordering for a male loved one and it always makes me smile 🥰
LESSONS ✏️
Where to begin! Setting up your own business is a huge lesson in itself let alone managing it day to day 😂. I have learnt an incredible amount and I am still learning now. I don’t think I will ever stop and I love that!
One lesson I have learnt that I think most people will understand is portion control. Whenever anyones hosts, they never want to let their guest go hungry so they tend to over stock food just to be safe. We’ve been there! However we never want to have lots of waste so there has been lots of trialing and adjusting of quantities. We also ask for feedback from our clients when doing graze tables to get a good insight too which has really helped!
As they say, everyday is a school day!
Mum got a sweet tooth? Our Mother’s Day Sweet is the perfect treat feeding 2 people. Here’s hoping she shares! 🤤

Todays March Meet the Maker couldn’t be more apt! My biggest goal (and it was a biggie) was to go full time with my little dream✨
Some of you may or may not know that up until today I worked full time in marketing for a brilliant company in the financial services and today was my last day!
I am now officially full time Stamford Grazing Co! I kind of can’t quite believe that I will be able to offer my lovely clients grazes any day of the week! I am so excited to be able to pursue all of the ideas I’ve had but not had the time to do it! Safe to say my amazing team sent me off in style with a bottle of my favourite rosé LP which I will be popping tonight to celebrate!

FAVOURITE ❤️
Today’s is ‘favourite’. I love putting together grazes of all sizes and shapes, but if I had to choose, my favourite would be a graze table that includes tablescaping and foliage, i.e. the full works! This gets my creative juices truly flowing and I love seeing the foliage and decorative items really highlight the food and showcases them. This brie, honeycomb, fig and pistachio combo is the star of the show thanks to the log centrepiece and wooden crate it sits elevated on! 🧀🍯

We’ve got a responsibility to be sustainable, as does everyone. We’ve made changes to our products to make sure everything is fully recyclable. If you’re new around here you may not know the face behind the business, so here it is! I’m Sophie, Owner and CGO (Chief Grazing Officer 🤪) of The Stamford Grazing Company.
I launched in November 2020, but my love for food, hosting and being a little bit (very) extra has been nurtured over the years and this business channels all of those perfectly!
I get so much joy from bringing it altogether to create beautiful set ups made with care and attention for special events. ✨
When I’m not grazing you can find me holidaying with my fiancé, on a walk with our little pup Olive 🐶, wedding planning 👰🏻♀️, having a drink or two with friends 🥂or spending quality time with my family ❤️

Sunday’s are made for brunch in bed right? We delivered so many of these this weekend and I literally wanted to dive into everyone 🤪
BIT OF BOTH 🧀🍬
The bride and groom wanted the sweet half to be love themed 🥺❤️ so we added love hearts, heart shaped marshmallows and caramel filled heart shaped chocolate into the mix to really bring their love to life. ❤️

Coming in at 2.75m this grazing table of dreams fed 75 for a surprise retirement party! It was such a treat to have an extra pair of hands to help chop and unwrap to make this job a real pleasure!

This is a question we have been asked a lot recently.
Answer: Yes! We are still doing graze boxes but due to booking so many graze tables for all your wonderful events (thank you!), we have limited availability of boxes. Our website has all of our current availability so please head over to check the dates!☺️

In our last post we mentioned how we’d update on our availability. We are astounded and truly grateful to have bookings until the end of September already and on going enquiries for next Christmas 😵🎄. LOVE the organisation 🙌🏼
Some key dates have already been snapped up so if you do have an event and you’re thinking of using us it’s best to get in touch ASAP.
Unfortunately due to volume of queries we can’t hold dates unless the deposit has been paid.

WE’RE BACK! 🥳
After a much longer hiatus than expected we’re finally back to business! On Christmas Eve I signed out to enjoy the festive period with family and friends which was DIVINE but then the new year hit and I caught the dreaded C! I’m now fully rested, back to health and looking forward to getting back to the graze! Thank you to all of the customers who were incredibly understanding whilst I was off ❤️
Looking forward to 2022, we are getting very booked up at the weekends already throughout the year! 🙏🏼 I will go into details on my next post but for now, if you have an event please get in touch ASAP!
