#1 JERK CHICKEN

£5.50 per portion

This is one of our family specialities passed down from my father. Succulent chicken leg quarters - seasoned with sweet and savoury spices, with a delicious one-of-a-kind fruit-infused jerk sauce. I recommend pairing it with the traditional side of rice and peas infused with coconut cream, thyme and spices.

#2 STEW PEAS

£7 per portion

Stew Peas recipe is pure comfort in a bowl. Made with red kidney beans and flavored with herbs, spices, coconut milk, and stewing meat. This hearty stew is packed with so much flavour. Serve for dinner with a side of white rice and plantains.

Traditional Jamaican rice and peas infused with coconut cream, thyme and spices.

Baked Mac and Cheese pie made with macaroni, cheddar and mozzarella. Originally made by my family to include three kinds of cheese but after years of adaptation, we were able to combine the right amount of the two cheeses to give it a rich creamy texture.

#6 CHUNKY COLESLAW

£3 per portion

This is a family favourite that we usually have alongside chicken, meat, or rice and peas. Made with cabbage, carrot, spring onion, and mayonnaise, giving it a sweet tangy taste.

#7 FRIED PLAINTAIN

£3 per portion

This is a distant relative of the banana which is a side used in many Caribbean meals and can be fried boiled grilled or baked. I prefer the fried version as it brings out a natural sweetness that goes well with savoury dishes.

#8 Sprinkle Tray Bake

This is a cake that was suggested by my ten year old daughter, who is an avid baker. We made the cake together and it is the perfect recipe for those that love old school cakes. simple recipe. How to Order:

1. Send a direct message on the messenger app with what you would like

2. list your food order (minimum £20 delivery, £15 collection) before final orders - the sooner the better.

3. The chef will contact you directly with payment details, via Paypal, or Starling Bank for an easy payment method.

4. Leave the rest to us - on the day you will receive a notification when your food is on the way.
