Who remembers the Chocolate Box, next to Cheadle Hulme High School? 'Bakers Court', the little row of shops on Church Road, is now home to local resident, Sian's, KandylandSK sweetie shop.

The Chocolate Box was still open in the late 1980s (a quarter of kola kubes to share on the walk home, ooh, or sherbet pips? Decisions decisions...)

Weinholts wonderful bakery was there too. Happy days. Who'd love a Weinholts in Cheadle Hulme again? Happily though, there's a new bakery just up the road in Bramhall - The little bakery. They only opened yesterday, pop and give the page a 'like' then pop in for fresh baked goodies.
