I am Miss Lasagna,or Federica I was born in Rome and produce my homemade lasagna.I am catering services.If you order today ,you will receive tomorrow fresh and cooked ,only need to heat in the oven or microwave for 10 minutes .Each lasagna is made up of 4 layers of fresh pasta, beef ragù or vegetable ragù for vegetarians or lentil ragù for vegans. Each layer of pasta is filled with these sauces, Italian mozzarella, Italian tomato, parmesan cheese doc and homemade béchamel with milk, butter and flour and vegan with soy milk. I put all the love and professionalism and knowledge of Italian food into it. It takes at least 2 hours just to cook the meat ragù and a lot of patience in finding fresh vegetables to cut into small cubes for a vegetarian ragù. Fresh lentils to be put in water 24 hours before and then cooked with bay leaves. In short, there is a lot of work and passion in what I do. A big thank to all of you for supporting my business.💜
