Two men are preparing to take on a 1,400 mile (2,250km) walk for a mental health charity.

Hard hitting but the ramifications of serious Mental Health can be overwhelming, changing lives forever
No matter how bad things get there is always someone to talk to!! Never feel alone because your Not,
Always try to be kind you never know what a person is thinking or what state of mind they are in, what looks fine on the outside, doesn’t necessary reflect what’s going on in the inside.💚💚🙏
