I had 2 lovely new customers today who called in on the off chance I may have flowers available as it's still too hot to...

I had 2 lovely new customers today who called in on the off chance I may have flowers available as it's still too hot to put them out on the stand. Everything in this bouquet was grown here in West Chiltington & freshly cut this morning & not flown thousands of miles from overseas.

🐐 Meet the Strides Stems Waste Management Department! 🌿

These four are some of the most dedicated members of the team and take their job very seriously... as long as it's edible!

Their role is to dispose of suitable waste plant material, and I have to say they're incredibly enthusiastic employees. They're always first to volunteer, never complain about the workload, and have yet to refuse overtime!

The moment they see me heading their way with a bucket or wheelbarrow, they come charging over as if I've just announced an all-you-can-eat buffet.

They're efficient, environmentally friendly, and work for nothing more than a good meal and the occasional scratch behind the ears. I only wish all staff were this keen! 😂🐐💚
