Yep, that’s all it is!

- “I want my Mum to relax on the day” ✨
- “We don’t want to worry on the day” ✨
- “I’m usually the one who would do this kind of thing but today I can’t” ✨
- “I want someone to organise us” ✨
- “I want things to run on time”✨
- “I want someone to liaise with our suppliers”✨
- “I want to know who my coordinator is ahead of the day”✨
- “Our venue has a coordinator but I’m still nervous about every last detail being remembered” ✨

All of the above are just some of the things I often hear!

And it makes perfect sense. After all, most people will invest so much of their energy⚡️, time🕰️ and money💸 into their Wedding day to make it personal to them. So it’s no wonder that they want all of their plans to shine in the best way possible on their Wedding day…and with someone else running the show they can relax👰‍♀️👨‍❤️‍👨👩‍❤️‍💋‍👩🤵😍🪩.

It wouldn’t be right for me to say hello to 2025 Weddings just yet without first signing off my biggest 2024 Wedding and paying it one final tribute 👼💍.

Rose & Ben’s Wedding day after all, was my biggest bepoke full Wedding Planning project to date and I hold it so closely in my heart! (As I do all Weddings).

Thank you Mom💕…

When I was 18, I started a Spray tanning business from home. I did a training course, bought the kit and started advertising my services to friends and family members. I printed business cards & I added vinyl advertising stickers to my first car to try & pick up new clients. I knocked on doors in our street, posted flyers and held “beauty parties” to drum up customers for my little business.

I remember coming home one day to a note in my bedroom from my mom which simply read:

🌟You have an ability to make things happen🌟

That’s always stuck with me and is part of the drive within me. 😍

As adults, more often than not, we walk around with what our parents told us when we were children and we grow up believing nearly everything they tell us.

My mom always believed in me and told me I was capable of anything I put my mind to.

And with Wedding Planning - I guess what I’m trying to say is, i’ll make it happen! 🪄✨

I might not know how to do everything, but i’ll damn well track someone down who does! 😂

I have a 1 year old1️⃣🩵🦋💙🪻🫶🏻….

I’ve loved planning a BLUEbell inspired Teddy bear tea party for our 2nd born baby Bluebelle. 🧸

Thanks to some of my fave suppliers for helping me bring the theme to life. 🫶🏻

🥹The truth is, I feel quite emotional about Bluebelle turning one. My pregnancy with her started at exactly the same time as I started my Wedding planning business, so, she’s kinda been here the whole time for the ride! Even inside my tummy at Weddings🥰🫶🏻.

This whole last year has been one whirlwind of juggle. In short, it’s been a case of little sleep, but staying up until 1.00 am most nights because I was on a mission. Be a good mom but also smash my Weddings for my couples! And I did it!

Sometimes, the mom guilt is real - prioritising work over family time isn’t easy and it’s exhausting as many people will know. But in time I hope Bluebelle will be proud of me for working hard and proving to myself that I could do it…even with 2 children in tow and another full time job.

It’s like one of my clients once said to me “Us Moms are Supermoms” 🦸‍♀️🦸‍♀️🦸‍♀️🦸‍♀️👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
