I have a 1 year old1️⃣🩵🦋💙🪻🫶🏻….

I’ve loved planning a BLUEbell inspired Teddy bear tea party for our 2nd born baby Bluebelle. 🧸

Thanks to some of my fave suppliers for helping me bring the theme to life. 🫶🏻

🥹The truth is, I feel quite emotional about Bluebelle turning one. My pregnancy with her started at exactly the same time as I started my Wedding planning business, so, she’s kinda been here the whole time for the ride! Even inside my tummy at Weddings🥰🫶🏻.

This whole last year has been one whirlwind of juggle. In short, it’s been a case of little sleep, but staying up until 1.00 am most nights because I was on a mission. Be a good mom but also smash my Weddings for my couples! And I did it!

Sometimes, the mom guilt is real - prioritising work over family time isn’t easy and it’s exhausting as many people will know. But in time I hope Bluebelle will be proud of me for working hard and proving to myself that I could do it…even with 2 children in tow and another full time job.

It’s like one of my clients once said to me “Us Moms are Supermoms” 🦸‍♀️🦸‍♀️🦸‍♀️🦸‍♀️👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

We booked Cat for ‘on the day wedding coordination’ and it was one of the best decisions we made when planning our wedding. We cannot thank her enough for everything she did to make sure our day ran beautifully. Cat was extremely responsive to emails and texts prior to our big day, even ensuring she contacted all our suppliers the week before to introduce herself, and she visited the venue twice with us to ensure she knew how everything worked and that she understood all the fine details. No task was too big or too small and Cat worked so hard all day ensuring everyone knew exactly what needed to be done and when.
Cat really pays attention to detail, little things like ensuring she checked the pronunciation of our surname beforehand, checking what drinks we’d like on arrival, and the flowers and card she gave us the day before were such a nice touch.
Cat got on with things on the day working hard in the background making sure everything was perfect, which allowed us to soak it all in.
I truly believe we couldn’t have done it without her and would recommend her to anyone considering hiring someone to coordinate their big day.
As an aside, Cat is such a warm friendly approachable person and conducts herself so professionally.

Local to Worcestershire & West Midlands - DIY Wedding Venue 🪑🎊💒💍

Belbroughton Church Hall is a fantastic venue for couples looking for somewhere “dry hire” to “DIY” their Wedding day.

You get to hire the hall for the entire weekend at a very attractive cost and then you have free rein to style it as you like!

Yesterday I coordinated a beautiful Wedding here. With no venue coordinator on site, the couple wanted to make sure that their day was still run seamlessly.

“I cannot thank Cat and her assistant Amy enough for delivering the wedding day of our dreams. I hired Cat as a ‘wedding day coordinator’ to support the running of our wedding in our family home. From the moment I met Cat I knew she was the person to help, she has such a kind and warming nature and is incredibly organised. Despite having a long list of jobs I needed Cat to support with on the day, she was forward thinking and understood our vision, taking initiative through the day. A week before the wedding Cat contacted all suppliers to check the logistics and timings and welcomed them all on the day, showing them where to set up, meaning there were no questions directed to us on our wedding day. Cat helped to set up the day, including checking seating plans and table settings, lighting 100s of candles, liaising with all suppliers, building a champagne tower, turning around the tipi for the evening and many more jobs. Getting married at home, I was very worried I wouldn’t be able to relax and would be bothered by suppliers and questions all day but Cat made sure our day was perfect, and even welcomed us with a glass of fizz. Her attention to detail and organisation is outstanding and we couldn’t be more grateful for all of her support. Her assistant Amy is also fantastic and they work so well together as a team. Together we:
💕Welcomed suppliers & checked on timings
💕Triple checked all table settings
💕Checked all suppliers had added their personalised details in requested by the Bride
💕Lit 10000 garden candles
💕Inspected & re-stocked toilet facilities
💕Ensured everything looked perfect before the arrival of guests
💕Stood & greeted guests as they arrived
💕Ensured a Welcome drink was ready for Bride & Groom
💕Lit all the Wedding breakfast candles before dinner
💕Carried surprise Wedding cakes for the speeches, as requested by father of the Bride🥹
💕Liaised with the catering team to update them on timings
💕Worked with the Master of Ceremonies to remind him when key announcements were due
💕Turned the Tipi around, ready for evening guests & dancing
💕Built a champagne tower
💕Made sure suppliers were fed & watered
💕Provided the Bride & Groom with Water to make sure they were hydrated in between drinking fizz😉

100000 steps later🦶🏻💪🏻 it was all done and we could go home leaving the party to continue 😍😍
