😀Guess what? We are back in we've kicked off three days of non-stop action for a University of Cambridge client that came to us via Meet Cambridge

We're using the historic The Cambridge Union and the contemporary Hilton Cambridge City Centre which is right in the heart of the city and we're looking forward to a gala dinner at Fitzwilliam College, Cambridge, () tonight!

It's proving to be an unforgettable experience for everyone with our team of expert PCOs committed to delivering a conference to remember. From networking events to interactive sessions, we've got everything covered - even an escape room!

We visited the MRC Laboratory of Molecular Biology on the Cambridge Biomedical Campus today - this fantastic building will be the venue for a 2024 research conference and we couldn't be more excited! What a privilege to get a glimpse behind the scenes of what is one of the leading research facilities dedicated to the understanding of important biological processes at the levels of atoms, molecules, cells and organisms.

In May 2023, TeamOD&V produced and delivered our 3rd annual conference and set of educational courses for our client at the voco St. David's Cardiff hotel in .

We manage the secretariat for this association and oversee all things related to membership in addition to the planning, preparation and delivery of the annual conference. This organisation brings together laser specialists from various fields including beauty, medical, veterinary and tattoo.

2023's event ran across 3 full days with over 200 delegates - a record number for the BMLA conferences, including medics, surgeons, nurses, technicians, aestheticians, scientists, students, therapists and vets. It was also a record year for the number of abstracts received, which lead to a high quality of oral presentations by field specialists

We take such pride in delivering these events and always programme in some down time with the delegates attending a Gala Dinner in the banqueting hall in a Welsh castle followed by entertainment in the Undercroft vault.

The OD&V team spent a few days in last week, supporting the delivery of the 'Connect: Health Tech - Live!' day conference in the Crausaz Wordsworth conference centre of Robinson College. A fully hybrid event driving knowledge exchange and connections aimed to enable collaborations to turn ideas at the interface between medicine and technology into reality for the benefit of society.

We were very grateful for the opportunity to help and support the CHT team deliver such a successful first live event! The weather helped and we couldn't resist holding the final speed mentoring session of the day out in the beautiful Robinson College gardens ☀️

Today we are packing the essentials for the event, and making last-minute preparations via Zoom with the event organisers The Milner Therapeutics Institute for - the inaugural hybrid event for anybody working in, studying for, or looking to start up a business or career within the health tech industry 👩‍🔬👩‍⚕️🥼🎓🔬🩺.

Part two of our trip to - the lovely modern building of Robinson College Conferences. Built in 1977, and set in beautiful gardens, this will be the perfect setting for our next event Connect Health Tech Live. A hybrid event bringing together and integrating a community of knowledge, expertise, ideas and experiences around key topics for people working in health tech. We will be supporting with our expert team onsite for approx 100 delegates.
