At Hopton Court recently myself and the lovely Meg from created a gorgeous ‘outside in’ vibe, with a touch of rustic and a lot of elegance. Our aim was to create a warm and welcoming glow for a wedding breakfast and I just loved it.

What a year it has been!

Our busiest year to date with so many incredible weddings and the most wonderful couples.

As I was reflecting on the year I had a moment where I stopped and realised just how far my “little” business has come in 6 years. I am eternally grateful for those of you who choose me and trust me with your wedding, it means the absolute world to me and allows me to continue living my dream every day.

Hello! It’s been a little while so I thought I would show my face and say hi to new and existing followers are here. 👋🏻

I’m Lesley, owner and creator of White Fern Weddings.

Next year marks my 7th year in business and I couldn’t be prouder of where we are and where we came from.

You can read all about how White Fern came about on my website on the ‘About us’ page, so I’ll spare you the full story, pop there if you’d like a read! So instead I’m going to tell you my favourite and least favourite things.

Faves: Friends & Family (of course) a cup of Yorkshire tea, trash TV, a good margarita (the cocktail, not the pizza… although I do love a pizza) and skincare products- current obsession is Elemis.

Least faves: Drizzle, butterflies and moths (same thing), mushrooms, people who park in parent/ baby spaces when they don’t have children with them.

What a wedding this was!

Receiving the full gallery from F & L over the weekend I was reminded of just how beautiful this day was. From the frosted signage with black letting, to the meadow centrepieces and the elegant black edge charger plates. It all came together so perfectly.
