We had the most amazing day serving coffee and cakes to visitors at the Ragley Estate today. This event was a real celebration of our local farming network and it was at one of my favourite places to visit. It was great to see some friendly faces and we didn’t stop all day long (which explains my severe lack of decent pictures or video footage!) I was especially pleased to give our coffee grounds to the estate for them to use on their garden 🪴💚)

What a weekend! The clear down is done and I’m definitely having a wine to celebrate🍷

Goooood morning from a beautifully sunny with where The Cedar Box is set up and ready to roll! Can you smell that freshly served coffee? It’s the perfect way to start the day! PLUS we’re stocked up on all the pastries, cakes and cookies you need to fuel an action packed day of Touch Rugby!

Later, we’ll be switching it up and adding Espresso Martinis and Boozy Coffees to the menu…. The perfect afternoon pick me up!

As the sun is out, we have stocked the freezer and all of our coffees (and boozy coffees) can be served over ice if you need a cool down.

All we need now are customers! We can’t wait to see you all…. Siân, Andy, Hannah and Sam ☕️ xx

Welcome to iced latte season! A new one for our summer menu. This one is served in my keep cup because it’s the only thing I like to drink my coffee from 🤓 We can’t wait to serve these up to you guys at our summer events! ☀️

✔️ A shot of espresso (or 2 if you need!)
✔️ Ice cold milk (non dairy is available)
✔️ An optional shot of syrup (Caramel for me)

We had such a lovely day at yesterday! Thank you so so much to everyone who came along to support us. It honestly means so much 💚 We also welcomed a new team member to The Cedar Box. The lovely Hannah came for some training and will be joining us from next month. Thank you also to our competition winner who came to collect her prize. Today will be spent restocking and preparing for a busy few weeks as our ‘summer’ events kick in (can somebody please remind the weather that winter is over now?!

Thanks again all. I’m off to finish my first coffee of the day and stare at the rain for a bit 🤣☕️💚

👋 Hello to our new followers! Thanks for showing us some love! I thought we should introduce ourselves, the team behind Cloverleaf Events Co and The Cedar Box!

This guy on the right is Andy…… by day he’s a data transponster* and a superstar Dad, and at the weekends he serves the most amazing barista coffees from our converted horsebox! Andy does all the heavy grafting and knows how to hook up the tow bar and manoeuvre it into place, he’s the steady force behind Cloverleaf Events Co and the practical, problem fixing cornerstone that keeps this show on the road!

On the left, there’s me (Siân)… I’m a self-employed marketing consultant and busy full time Mum, so I spend my days either creating and delivering marketing and social media campaigns for my clients, and the rest of my time is spent on the school run, helping with homework, being a mum taxi for various sporting commitments, and moaning at our kids for being too flippin’ messy! I do all the admin, marketing and bookings for The Cedar Box, I make sure the diary is full, and we are where we need to be at the right time!

So that’s us! We have two young children who we hope will join the business when they are a tiny bit taller 😅 and who love being involved in the fun world of mobile events! Especially being chief Hot Chocolate tasters. 💚

We hope you can come along and see us at one of our events this year! The diary is filling up but we still have some availability and would love to chat further if you are looking for a mobile coffee bar for your event!

🐎 Hello lovely friends! Would anyone be interested in being a sponsor for our Coughton CofE Primary School PTA race night on Friday 15th March?

It’s £15 to name a race after your business (or yourself!) and you’ll receive some promotion across our school community via social media and our newsletter etc - as well as a lovely warm feeling inside that you have supported our amazing charity!

You are also very welcome to join us on the evening as this is a community event and we have tickets available! It’s £5 a ticket. We have a bar, a raffle and you don’t need to bring a team or a friend! There’ll be plenty of other people to join in with.

Well hello there New Year! We’re back after a little Christmas hiatus and as we turn this first page of a brand new calendar, I thought it would be a good idea for us to reintroduce ourselves!

Cloverleaf Events Co. has had a fantastic first 6 months in The Cedar Box and we are very excited to see what 2024 has in store. I’ve got a brand new diary and my pen is poised and ready to fill it with bookings so please have a swipe ⬅️ through this post to have a look at who we are and what we are all about. We love coffee, we love serving it to lovely people and we want to do lots more of that this year so please spread the word…. 💚 🍂 you were amazing! ☕️🍰

You can always tell if we’ve had a busy day as I just don’t get time to take any photos! We have had the most lovely 2 days running a pop up cafe at the magical Spetchley Park Gardens. The coffee flowed and our star barista Andy received so many compliments! It means so much when people come back to tell us how lovely their drink was - one lovely lady even used the word “DIVINE”! 💚

A special thank you also to Amber and Sam who requested to come with us on both days and have loved helping out in the horse box. Setting up, keeping the fridge stocked, working the till and chatting to customers. This is very much a family business and it makes us so proud to see our children taking an interest and wanting to be involved.
