It’s that weird time between Christmas and New Year where no one knows what day it is, what time it is or if there’s any food left in the house! Have no fear, we’re here everyday from 27th to the 30th serving food all day, everyday starting at 10am with full cooked breakfasts! 🤤

💫 EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH 💫

Christmas has come early! 🎅🏼 This month we have our Assistant Manager Caitlin! Caitlin is walking away with £50 and a Spa Voucher for Two! This month we have our Assistant Manager Caitlin! 🤩

Why has Caitlin won this month?

⭐️ Caitlin started with us in the middle of October when she applied for the Admin Manager role however in her first couple of trial shifts she displayed natural leadership and people skills so we pressured her into taking on the role of Assistant Manager (just joking)! 🤪 Since taking on the role, she’s always there to lend an extra hand when we need it, she works the extra hours when needed and she’s always offering different ways to help.

⭐️ Since starting in Admin, Caitlin has taken it all in her stride. It’s more than just answering the phone and responding to emails. There is never a quiet day in the office and there are always jobs needing done. We were nervous of landing her with Christmas admin on top of everything else she’d only just learn but she took to it like pro and never broke a sweat - a true professional!

⭐️ Caitlin is so personable and friendly. She slotted into the team right away and made such an effort to get to know everyone. We’ve had glowing reports from everyone she’s worked with, “she’s so nice”, “she’s lovely” and it’s amazing to have someone in management boosting the morale the way she has.

⭐️ Caitlin is a forward thinker. The best part of this job is planning the events, organising charity fundraisers and thinking of ways to provide something new and exciting for our customers and it’s great being able to brainstorm with someone as enthusiastic about pushing the business to new heights as we are! Caitlin is a problem solver, a creative source and a highly organised individual.

⭐️ Caitlin is more than admin, she’s great on the floor, she’s amazing with our customers and suppliers, she’s approachable, professional and she’s already made an lasting impact on some of our regulars. She’s easily the best fit we’ve had in our management team alongside Graham, Fiona and Louise and having a tight management team means we can trust the place is always being looked after!

Well done Caitlin! You’re a real credit to yourself. You work so hard and you’ve really turned things around for the entire team here in such a short space of time! 🥂
