💫 EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH 💫

This month we have our barmaid Rachel who’s walking away with £50 and a brand new fishing rod just in time for the season! 🤩🎣

Why has Rachel won this month?

⭐️ Rachel started with us back in June last year and was quickly promoted to bar supervisor. She’s a calm, cool and collected young person and next to nothing stresses her out! She’s had shifts being absolutely pummelled on the bar and she’s never complained. She gets the job done! 💪🏽

⭐️ Rachel has a vast knowledge of bar service and drinks. She takes a lot of pride in her work and she’s recently acquired her personal license! 🙌🏼 If you have a question about just about anything behind our bar, Rachel will have an answer!

⭐️ Rachel is here on time, every single day. She’s never ever let us down and it’s very much appreciated! She became a key member of the team is such a short time and she really does a great job of managing the bar. No matter the quick turnaround in shifts, she’s always here and she’s never actually had a sick day!!

⭐️ Rachel gets on so well with everyone on the team. Everyone enjoys her company and enjoys working with her. She was nicknamed ‘The Terminator’ at our Christmas Day out last year, she will take you out with just a look! 👀 She’s so funny and full of jokes (at least we think they’re jokes) and she just has the best sense of humour

⭐️ Rachel is so good at taking any feedback or criticism - she’s so professional in the way she conducts herself and she knows how to look after herself. Working on the bar means sometime people might not be nicest but Rach knows exactly how the handle it! No matter what the person on the other side is saying whether it be a customer or colleague, Rach displays such a calm and cool exterior and nothing will shake her! 🙌🏼

Overall, we’re exceptionally lucky to have Rachel on the team. She’s a real credit to herself. She has great work ethic, she takes criticism well, she can absolutely look after herself and she’s really such a great example to anyone looking for a career in this industry! Well done Rach! You’ll need to get a date organised with Rod and Annette! 🎣🥳🥳🥳

🌷 MOTHER’S DAY 🌷

Our Mother’s Day Menu is here! We’ll be serving this menu from Friday the 28th of March until Thursday the 3rd of April so plenty of time for you all to give it a go if you can’t make it down on Mother’s Day. 🥰

On Sunday the 30th, we’ll also be running Roast Beef and Roast Gammon so plenty for you to choose from! 🤤
