✨Some recent snippets behind the scenes at the studio✨

Including some sneak peeks of lovely bride Amy’s bespoke wedding dress for her French wedding last month! I can’t wait to share photos of her finished look soon. Thanks to Amy’s lovely Mum Julia for taking some photos during our toile fitting where we were perfecting the fit of Amy’s dress and tweaking the design. A little insight in to the process if you choose to go for a bespoke bridal design.

I often forget to take photos of my work in progress as I get so wrapped up in what I’m doing, and probably don’t think of it as photo worthy until it’s complete, but it really is nice to look back on the process of how things came to be the final product.

A love note from Lily 💌

I can’t explain how much it means to me to read such happy feedback from my brides. I pour so much of myself into each dress, my time and energy, my creativity and craftsmanship. Each bride feels like a dear friend by the time their wedding day comes around. Through fittings filled with excitement, tears and laughter, I have the honour of getting to know you and your loved ones. So by the time the dress goes out the door it’s so much more to me than just an outfit. It’s YOUR dress.

I can say with full honestly that as each wedding date rolls around, my brides are on my mind the entire day, I’m clock watching to figure out if you’ve walked down the aisle yet. I am so INVESTED in you and your day.

Now this is a gallery that brought tears to my eyes (bravo 🥂) Helen and Edds wedding looked completely magical, the love & connection they clearly have together is heart melting!

Helen’s bespoke bridal journey is now up on the blog, and this outfit was a dream to create for Helen. She came to me with ideas of what she wanted and together we came up with a design that blended all of her favourite elements and features into one dress.

I’ve had a refreshing break and organised my brain a little over the past month. Heading into 2024 on a high and with such big dreams for the year ahead. Feeling entirely thankful for all that 2023 brought and taught me. It was a year of transformation.

These past few weeks have been spent furiously sewing and creating to get these new pieces ready for our winter shoot. This is something I had on my list of goals this year, that I genuinely wasn’t sure I would be able to achieve amongst the roller coaster of a new baby in 2023. So it feels like a big weight off my shoulders to say we did it, and Yesterday was a dream with the most wonderful team in the most beautiful surroundings. I can’t wait to share these new pieces with you, I hope you love them 🤍🥂✨

It’s always incredibly heartwarming looking through the wedding gallery of one of my brides and seeing how their day played out, but extra specially so when I know the couple personally and was lucky enough to be a guest on their day.

I’m completely spoilt for choice with Abi and Dan’s gallery captured so beautifully by it was a challenge to pick just ten images to share Abigail’s bespoke bridal dress, so I’ll definitely be sharing more from this magical day (including the mother daughter matching moment with little Effies flower girl dress, made in the same lace 🥹)

The adoration this pair have for each other is so plainly visible on both of their faces throughout the entire day, it’s such a pleasure to behold.

Their summer wedding held will be on the blog later this week, featuring behind the scenes of our fittings and sketches of Abigail’s bespoke wedding dress.

Oh and not forgetting a moment of appreciation for the epic dried floral crown Abi wore, made by the lovely 🌻

I love the colours used in this set up, the whimsical fresh flower arrangements are so perfect for a spring wedding.

Beautiful model El wore the LOX dress so well, it fit her like a dream. This dress is a great option if you’re looking for something slinky, with the high leg split, the fitted shape and the sparkle in the lace, but also want some coverage or texture in the form of a detailed and dramatic sleeve. This style can be made fully bespoke to reflect your personal style and be entirely unique to you.

I love this shot from Laura + Harry’s ceremony. Laura and I worked together to design her bespoke version of the ‘Marnie’ top. A beautiful cropped top with an open back and chic boxy shape. We settled on a gorgeous floral lace which had clusters of Pearl beading to compliment her accessories.

The very best part about going bespoke for your bridal look is refining each detail of your design to suit you perfectly, as well as ensuring it fits you like a dream.

Isn’t it amazing how different a piece can look just depending on the fabric! Swipe across to see the original Marnie top this bespoke version was based on.

These gorgeous sneak peeks from a recent shoot at the amazing were just the nudge I needed to climb out of my posting hiatus. Hi world!! I’m here!

Hattie is wearing a selection of separates which can be mixed and matched - the embroidered tulle overlay in this first photo can be removed to reveal a slinky slip dress underneath. I always love the idea of a change of look from day to evening, and separates make this so achievable.

Brickhouse is one of my favourite local venues, it has such a warmth and charm about it I jumped at the chance to be involved in this creative day organised by the lovely

The colours and styling Nikki has put together here feel so fresh and clean to me. I love the peachy hues and the touch of blue, such beautiful design touches to bring a wedding look together.
