With Rosy Elesmore at the helm:

The owner of Odds and Buds since 2012, Rosy is a fully qualified florist with a City and Guilds level 3 in floristry and also now holds her ICSF City and Guilds higher diploma level 4 with the Academy of floral art in Exeter.

Rosy also achieved a Bronze medal in the young florist of the year competition at Chelsea Flower Show in 2015. All staff hold either:
